Spectacular updated luxury vacation condo in Shipyard with three bedrooms and three full baths. Wonderfully furnished with comfortable high end furniture. Living room has leather couch with large flat screen smart TV. Open kitchen comes fully stocked to prepare those family meals on a very large granite counter. Stainless steel appliances with full size washer and dryer complete the kitchen area. Master bedroom downstairs has king size bed with full en suite master bath, including glass walk in shower and tile from floor to ceiling. Guest room upstairs has king bed with en suite bath and glass shower. Third bedroom has queen bed and updated vanity and shower. Every bedroom has a walk out balcony or deck. Walk out of the living room to the large patio and you are only steps to the swimming pool. Free beach access in Shipyard and miles of bike paths in the community. There are only two parking passes allowed for the condo at 19 Sailmaster. Your vacation rental includes bike rentals and beach gear with your stay. 19 Sailmaster in Shipyard is professionally managed and operated by Hilton Head Vacations, Inc, a locally owned company.

Shipyard has 27 holes of championship golf, Van Der Meer tennis and pickle ball courts, beach access and miles of shaded bike paths. Enjoy dinner at the Sonesta hotel or get a drink at the 19th hole at the Shipyard Golf course. Shipyard gives you access to 278 and to Pope Avenue. Shipyard is located right in the middle of many of the restaurants, shops, grocery stores and golf courses on Hilton Head Island.

Beautiful Condo, Great Location

The Sailmaster condo was everything we expected and more. It was nicely decorated, clean and convenient. The furniture, including beds, was comfortable. The outside areas with deck and balconies were quiet and the pool just a few feet away was a plus. Shipyard is our favorite property on HHI with proximity to beaches, Coligny Plaza and so many great restaurants. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Townhome at Shipyard

Quiet neighborhood. 3 bedrooms and 3 baths was important for our family of 5 adults. Kitchen well-stocked, but missing a kettle. Short car ride to beach access (plenty of parking). Great place to come home after a busy day.

VRBO rental

This property was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Would stay here again, however, the toilet on the second floor ran all the time, the sink in the 1st floor bathroom drained very slowly and several cookwear items in the kitchen are in dire need of replacement. If these items worked properly this unit would definitely have rated a 5 star review,

HILTON HEAD CONDO

The property was a very nice property, clean interior. A few maitenance items not addressed, ie, Bathtub drain would not drain properly always in standing water while showering. Balcony screen door was off it's rail. Bedroom television remote did not work. These items were eventually fixed but we were already halfway through our stay. Exterior was not so clean, especially the patio areas. Cushions left out and look like they had not been cleaned for a long time. The condo complex area was very nice. All in all we enjoyed our stay very much.

OUTSTANDING RENTAL

Weā€™ve stayed in many villas over the years but this one was, by far, at the top of the list. The location was ideal and the pool was only steps away. The villa was very large and had 3 bedrooms with en-suite baths, which is perfect for families or couples. It was very attractively decorated with many special touches. The kitchen was well supplied with items youā€™d need for preparing and eating meals too. Best of all, it was incredibly cleanā€”kudos to the cleaning crew! We already want to go back.
