This amazing 3 bedroom, 3-bath villa in Shipyard accommodates up to eight guests comfortably. This bright and spacious end-unit has windows on three sides with beautiful golf and lagoon views

The open kitchen, living room and dining room are perfect for family gatherings or quite nights in. There are two King Master Suites on the first floor and a loft with bunk bed and a full bed with a twin trundle all accompanied by it's own private bath. The wet bar, laundry area and covered porch add comfort and convenience. The Villa is well-maintained and set in an impeccably landscaped French Quarters-style complex that includes a pool, six lighted tennis courts, and a deck and gazebo overlooking a four-acre fishing pond. Children of all ages are welcome. For golfers, the Shipyard Golf Club, featuring 27 championship holes, is minutes away. This island retreat really has it all.

The beautiful Shipyard Beach is a 15-minute walk or 5-minute bike ride away.

This is a special property as an end unit in the private Evian community. The unit is comfortable, cozy, and well appointed with beautiful beach decor. The master bedroom is large with walk in closet and big bathroom. Beach access is a 5 minute bike ride. I’ve stayed in dozens of high end Hilton Head properties over 40 years and this is one of my favorites! Simply a fantastic living experience.

This unit was perfect for our two families. The dishwasher does not work well at all (this was not reported, we just opted to hand wash as much as possible) and the expected wear of an often used unit was there - chipped paint on walls, small wear showing in furniture, etc. However, the unit was beautiful, spacious, and much closer to the pool than what appears on the map. We would absolutely book this unit again.

This is our third time staying at this property and it is hands down my favorite place (and I've stayed at many different villas in Shipyard). Everything about it is perfect - it's immaculate, the loft bedroom is perfect for our boys, the decor is gorgeous, the location is everything. Just fantastic.

Beautiful Evian

The condo was beautiful. Well kept, welcoming to the Family and gave us a sense of Home away from home. We have been coming to Hilton Head for several years. This is the top place we have stayed, and will be back. Thanks to the hosts for a great experience.

We had a fantastic time! There were 7 of us who stayed, me, my wife Mary, our son and his wife and their 2 children(3 yrs and 20 months) and my daughter-in-laws grandmother! We absolutely had a fabulous stay! Very close to the beach and so many places to eat, play and shop! Our grandson, who is 3, commented when taking him to the airport that he wanted to go back to this home(300 Evian) as opposed to going back to his home! LOL!We will certainly consider this place again the near future!Two comments:1. Not sure the dishwasher is working correctly as the dishes were not always fully cleaned?2. We did find two catapillars inside the facility on the bedding in 2 separate rooms.

This is our second time staying in the villa, and this stay was just as wonderful as the first. It is an immaculate space, with tons of room. This will be my first choice rental when visiting Hilton head in the future!

Beautiful home

This was a sisters week with our husbands and we had a wonderful time! The condo is beautifully furnished with everything you need! We felt right at home and so comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place and location for a family get away!

Wonderful condo!

We loved this condo. It was super clean, well decorated, a short walk to the pool, and a 5 minute bike ride to the beach. It was quiet and peaceful with a lovely outdoor patio for morning coffee or afternoon wine. The space was perfect for us and our son's family. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks for a great trip!

Winter getaway

We took a side trip to Hilton Head from Tybee Island and had our kids join - Great vacation spot with lots to do. We didn't hit beach weather, but biking, golfing, walking and shopping filled the void - The unit was plenty big for 7 of us and it was well stocked to manage the crowd. Very nice property.

Perfect house for our family

We loved everything about this house and the location. The house is beautiful and very clean. Well decorated and bigger then the pictures lead on. You can easily sleep 5 children in the loft area. We are already planning our next family vacation to Hilton Head and booking this property.

What a gem!

I can’t say enough about the cleanliness of this property, there was not one crumb or one thing missing or out of place! The location is perfect, convenient and quiet. The communication was excellent, I can’t wait to go back, a true gem!!

Great condo, nice resort, & good location

Property had everything we needed for our family of four with 2 adult children with plenty of room. Enjoyed the grounds too nice tennis/pickle ball courts and pool, paths were great for running & biking, and we enjoyed the very busy beach (we did not use the shuttle and instead chose to use our car). Too hot to sit outside for extended period of time but the outdoor space was closer than I expected to other condo.

Quiet Refuge

House is very nice, close to the pool, in a nice location but is a long walk to the beach. It is bikeable to the beach. The upstairs is open to below so this may be a problem with children’s earlier bedtimes. Nicely furnished.
