It was an average room. It was probably the least renovated room that I have stayed in this year. It seemed to be clean just needed to be freshened up with decor and paint

All around our stay was good. The proximity to the beach was great & the view was beautiful! The kitchen was missing a few key utensils including a spatula & large spoon to cook with. Some of the dishes hadn't been washed thoroughly but we figured the cleaning staff likely doesn't have time to check every single dish for cleanliness. The guests prior should have ensured they ran them through the dishwasher or at least hand washed the items. The de-humidifier had to be emptied daily & our first night woke us at around 4am, but after that we just emptied it prior to going to bed & had no issues. The office staff & a sweet lady who lived on site were very friendly & helpful. The beach service attendant took our chairs up around 430 each day even if they were still being utilized, which may be normal, we were not sure, as we typically just take our own beach chairs & such.

Great location and beach access. I only wish the condo had a balcony! I love that I didn't have to haul beach chairs and umbrella daily to the beach.

Great little condo! Had everything we needed. Pool was very nice and clean. Easy access to the beach. Lots of food places and shopping near by.

Perfect Weekend Getaway Stay!!

This property is so well maintained, and staff is friendly! The condo is as pictured and is kept up well. It’s spacious and comfy! As a girl, I would’ve loved a full size body mirror, but the condo overall made up for it! Definitely would stay again.

Top of the Gulf stay

This place was perfect for just me and my boyfriend to get away and relax for the week. It was spacious and comfortable. The view from the room was great and the studio was very clean.

Loved the location, pool and beach chairs! We really enjoyed our stay but there weren't enough kitchen supplies. My daughter has celiac so we cooked several dinners in the condo. A few more pots and pans and spoons would be good. But overall, would definitely stay again.

Great Spot for a Girl's Trip

We enjoyed our stay at Top of the Gulf! Instructions for check in and out were clear, and the condo was as pictured. It was great to have the beach chairs included with our stay! We took advantage of one of the *free* activities (the sunset dolphin cruise, got one ticket for free with our room, and only had to pay for 1). Would definitely recommend!

Beachfront gem

This cozy condo is the perfect location for a beachfront stay in PCB. You can walk out of the building onto the beach or go to the beautiful pool both of which can be seen from your room. The property manager was super nice and helpful. Certainly would return.

Girls Trip

It was all needed for our little girls trip. I would only ask for a little bit more TP for the length of our stay and 4 people. Overall it was good.

Cozy and Convenient

We had an amazing time and the location was perfect. The condo was very nice and clean. The only issues was the TV would randomly cut off, no big deal as we didn’t really have time for TV as we were to busy enjoying the beautiful pool and beach, the mattresses were very firm so that was a little uncomfortable for my old body but the couch slept great!
