The southern orientation on this oversized property directly at the Eternity Canal conveys pure holiday feeling with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the water view from the dockside hammock or the Captains Walk. Cape Coral also has a “Canale Grande”! And the fish are still jumping out of the water here!

The large, exclusive travertine outdoor area is protected by a panorama super screen. This effectively keeps insects away and reduces UV rays. The stylish saltwater infinity pool has a separate whirlpool/spa, also in travertine. Both are electrically heated.

White loungers, a color-coordinated dining table and a perfect lounge are also available. There is also an outside shower. An artisan outdoor kitchen with extractor fan and sink complete the exclusive holiday experience. Effective ceiling fans and parasols provide a pleasant climate.

Villa Venezia has 4 bedrooms. A large master suite with direct access to the pool area, with a spacious bathroom with toilet, shower, bathtub and lots of light. The 2nd master suite with en suite bathroom with toilet and shower also has direct access to the pool area. The two other bedrooms, both with king-size beds, share a bathroom/toilet with shower. The villa offers everything for a relaxing luxury holiday for up to 6 people. Each bedroom is equipped with a 65" (2) or a 50" (2) LED SMART TV and a ceiling fan.

The large living room convinces with modern furniture, a polished travertine floor, a large, comfortable upholstered lounge and additional seats to relax. An electric fire show with crystal elements completes the atmosphere. A large 85" Sony SMART TV with HULU, DISNEY+ and other programs is available for your entertainment.

The modern open plan gourmet kitchen is perfectly equipped with Bosch appliances. A Nespresso machine is available. Don't forget to bring your favorite capsules with you! Bar with 3 highchairs, a large glass dining table for 8, with modern chandelier, overlooking the water. A separate bar with a wine fridge and an additional fridge complete the great offer.

The dock and boat lift are for assigned Intervillas rental boats only. A boat can be rented with the booking. Explore the islands of Captiva, Sanibel, Fort Myers Beach and other exciting corners of Florida.

Beach accessories such as beach chairs, umbrellas, cooling boxes and beach towels are available free of charge.
