The perfect place for a bachelorette weekend! The hosts were incredibly responsive, accommodating, and truly went above and beyond. They were transparent about and quickly resolved a minor pool heating issue. We felt so well taken care of and would absolutely stay again!

This place was so cute, clean, and spacious! This was perfect for my bachelorette trip! It was a little chilly the time we went so i was happy to have a pool heater that worked, it heated the pool up so fast!!! 10/10 would stay here again

We had another amazing week in magical 30A and this location was perfect for our family ranging from ages 6-70. The public beach access included ramp access which was important for our location. The home was in a great spot, close to walk to or a quick golf cart ride to our favorite spots. There was an issue with our washing machine which the management company responded to promptly and made sure we were well taken care of. Some of the kitchenware was put away not fully clean so we had to rewash before using but this was likely on the previous guests as the rest of the house was spotless. The beach equipment is left uncovered outside so had some more wear than we are used to. We would definitely rent here again, but would bring our own beach gear. The house was well stocked and very comfortable. The location could not be beat!

We had such a wonderful week at Tide the Knot! Great location, walkable to beach, shops and restaurants. Short golf cart ride or bike ride to Seaside or The Big Chill. Very clean and exactly as described in the listing. Host was very responsive. The kids loved the warm pool to swim in. They truly thought of everything, even an air conditioner in the 3rd floor bunk room. Would definitely book again if we come back to 30A!

Great location and accommodations

We enjoy the property very much. Great location, close to the beach and the private pool was great for our kids. The golf cart was a nice addition, we didn’t drive our rental car once. Would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved everything about this place! Beautiful property and well furnished! Great communication as well! We all fell in love with the area! The accommodations with the golf cart, beach toys, wagons, private pool all made it a luxurious and pleasurable experience! Highly recommend!

Perfect place to vacation

This property was perfect for my family to stay at during Spring Break!! They provided everything we could ask for and more! We didn’t have to travel with any beach items (chairs, umbrellas, towels, toys, wagons etc) because they had enough for all of my family members to enjoy! The house is walking distance from the beach as well as a quick mart to pick up any last minute items. They even heated the pool for us upon arrival. The property management team was awesome to work with as well! We will definitely stay here again.

Traditional Spring Break

The property was nice. Unfortunately, the home two doors down is under construction and they start banging and jackhammering at 7am. The homes are very close together and you can hear everything and don't know who is making the noise. . The home does need a few more pots and pans for those of us who like to cook.

Excellent vacation home and location

Tide the knot was perfect in every possible way for our family of 7 adults & a 10 month old. The house is very updated & nicely decorated, clean upon our arrival, adequately furnished kitchen with brand new Cafe appliances, comfortable bedding. The pool and pool furniture were top notch and the string lights were a nice touch in the evenings. Having the public beach access & Tom Thumb for ice just a block away was very ideal. The golf cart, 4 bikes, pack n play, high chair, baby float, beach toys, boogie boards, beach cart, beach chairs were all nice perks. Property manager was excellent to deal with, promptly responding to any questions. The only negative and has nothing to do with Tide the Knot was the large amount of private beach areas off the beach access. There are only small sections open to public and we had to go out very early to claim a spot close to the access for our larger group so just be aware of this. We will definitely be back!

Ladies Friends Trip

Six 50+ year old ladies spent 4 lovely nights at this beautifully decorated home. Weather was perfect. Distance to the beach was easily accessible- within walking distance. The 6 seater golf cart was perfect. Used it to drop off beach supplies and then would walk back as no real golf cart parking near the beach but that was fine. Plenty of chairs (a few needed to be replaced and we let property managers know) and umbrellas to use and take to the beach which was nice. Beach toys and a cart for those with kids. The home was the perfect size for us but the pool was the real winner. Super clean and just the right size. The back door alarm wasn’t our favorite and took a bit to get used to it. We just had fun keeping count on how many times someone accidentally made it go off. I can’t really say there was anything bad about this home. Beds were comfortable. Loved the huge master bathroom. Bunks were a good size for adult women especially the bunks on the 1st floor. I would say the AC was a little funky on the 3rd floor. Loud and wasn’t consistent but other than that great stay. Property manager was great to work with and responded quickly to questions we had. Overall would definitely stay again and recommend.

Amazing vacation home

It came with golf cart, crib, high chair, lots of chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, toys, etc... some of the beach chairs coukd be replaced (rusty/broken)1/2 block from the beach. Beautiful home with pool. Very clean!

Overall the house and location were 5 stars. We found the house to be exactly as described. Everything was in working order and if we had any issues, response to the issues was immediate. The living area and kitchen were clean and well maintained. There was plenty of room for our family to eat and be together. Seating was comfortable. The house had plenty of plates, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, etc... Everything was super clean and didn’t make us feel like we were eating from other people’s stuff. The grill was very, very clean unlike most places we’ve stayed. Plenty of pool furniture, towels, toys, chairs, etc… location was perfect. Quick walk to anything you need. Golf cart was a huge plus. A couple of things we would have changed but not all in control of the home owner: - There wasn’t a pantry to put all of the groceries. Putting stuff on the counters turned out fine but we like things to be clean and out of the way. (This is just nit picky) - There weren’t standard seasonings (salt/pepper) which we don’t typically bring but would have if we had known. Not a complaint…just good to note somewhere so people bring from home if they plan to cook. - No umbrellas for shade around the pool.
