I’d like to start by saying this is just my opinion, so take it for what it’s worth. We paid about 400 per night for this rental, and for that price I expected a better attention to detail. Walking in to find the bathroom stocked with a toilet paper roll that was already about three-quarters used was disappointing. I even took a picture and will upload it here. A new roll of toilet paper costs very little, and after paying this much for the stay, it’s something guests shouldn’t have to think about. I could have contacted the host to bring more, but I didn’t want to spend part of my vacation arranging a toilet paper delivery. It was simply easier to go buy my own, but that’s not the point. The same went for the toiletries. The conditioner provided consisted of partially used sample-sized bottles rather than fresh, unopened amenities.I’ve stayed at many other VRBOs where hosts go the extra mile with a small welcome gift, although I don’t expect that. What I do expect—especially at this price point—is basic hospitality: fresh toilet paper, unopened toiletries, and supplies that make guests feel welcomed rather than like they’re using leftovers. There were paper towels, hand soap, plenty of towels, utensils, basic cooking things, fridge was clean, which is all good. Unfortunately, because of these details I mentioned, I would not stay here again or recommend it to others. You can find better at that price point. I’d say more like 200 a night…again my opinion….
