The Whaler is fabulous. The property had beautiful views and all the chairs and umbrellas we needed for a great beach experience.

Perfect condo

This condo at the Whaler exceeded our expectations! It had everything we needed and more for our family with young children. Very spacious and easy access next door to food, shops, and beach.

Everything was amazing! The unit has everything you need beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards. The kitchen is gorgeous and the view is amazing. I will be back. I highly recommend this unit.

Just what I needed

Everything was great, super happy with the extras, chairs boogie boards etc. we even left a sun shade there for the next guests. I can’t wait to come back, will book again!

Wonderful!

This condo was so close to everything we needed for a great stay like the beach, the pool, shops, coffee stands, luaus, snorkel tours, sunset dinner cruises. The staff was super, very helpful and nice. The condo came equipped with everything we needed to fix meals and snacks. The views from the condo were amazing. Will stay here again.

Nice room on 11th floor, nicely appointed with plenty of surf and sand gear you won't have to rent. Sunset view for this time of year. As advertised, a great location at a great property.

Fabulous Condo

The Whaler 1169 was everything we hoped it would be. Incredible views from the Lanai of the beach, the mountains and the island of Lanai. Well appointed kitchen with everything you need to prepare any meals. Close to everything Kaanapali has to offer with a five minute walk to snorkeling at Black Rock and all the convenience of Whalers Village next door. KBM was a pleasure to work with and check in and check out were seamless. The free rental car was an added bonus. You can’t go wrong with this condo or the Whaler.

Misleading communication

Before booking it gave a price for 5 days and a free car rental. Then never lived up to it. Also no washer snd druer in the room although listed as an smenity

Great place, poor management

The apartment itself, its location and views are superb and deserves all stars. It had everything we needed for our vacation. However, the manament is not responsive. It took us 3 phone calls, 2 emails and 36 hours to get clean few towels, just few hours before our departure. We had to go up and down floors to find available common washed/dryer to wash our towels. Also we got double charged for resort fee which KBM has said they will refund.

Wonderful Location! We enjoyed watching the sunsets from the balcony and being able to walk to shops and restaurants. Black Rock had amazing snorkeling.

Continue to spread the word!

This is our second time using KBM plus we have referred others here. The process from beginning to end is awesome. We have stayed at Honua Kai and now at the Whaler. Love these properties although the Whaler has a very small pool for such a large property. I will continue to spread the word!

Excellent stay

The property was in a perfect location. Check in was easy and the management company was very friendly. The provided beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers were such a helpful touch. Would stay again.
