I’m sorry that you didn’t foresee the home as clean as you would like. The home is cleaned after each guest leaves the home. I’m not certain what trash would have been left outside u less you mean loose trash and sometimes unfortunately others trash blow into the yard. I pick it up each time I’m there. I’m not certain which item you left behind, but I always reach out to a guest if I find a left behind item. I’ve shipped many items to my guest over the time we have rented our home.

Steak and coffee pot filter was from the week before when we were personally there. It would have been cleaned for our guest along with the home had they not asked me if they could reschedule for October with no loss of $ which I happily agreed to. I offered for our cleaner to come over immediately when they stated they were at our home and they agreed to stay and me pay them the cleaner fee, then complained the whole time. There are porch lights at each entry, you just have to turn the switch to turn them on. The guest arrived at 2:30pm so it wasn’t dark outside when they arrived. We have had 10 minimum over for dinner which is what home sleeps and there’s plenty of plates ans silverware for that amount of people per meal time. There’s is only 4 burners on the stove and water more pots and pans than that in cabinet. At least one pan of different sizes. These people unfortunately wouldn’t be happy with anything by the potty complaints I got that they didn’t even post here. (They expected me to give them $200 back because of their miscommunication of when they would arrive). They complained about the 6 in step down to porch b/c their guest had knee injuries. The list goes on and on.
