Another Great Week on SGI

This was our 2nd year staying at Eire. We LOVE the location. Great beach access and view. Itā€™s definitely a no frills place, which we love. Simple and roomy. Weā€™ll be back again next year!!

Family Getaway

We had a wonderful vacation at Eire, SGI. The location was perfect with a close walk to the beach. We loved the screened porch with the coastal breeze keeping us cool. The trail was right there where we took morning walks. We had everything that we needed, right there. Thank you for everything!

seafood festival getaway

The house is very comfortable very convenient for all six of us we didn't even expect the upstairs area. All the appliance was workable and very usable we found all the light switches the air conditioner was even colder than we expected we just had a great time for the seafood festival pretty sure I will book with you again.

We had an amazing time at Eire. It fit our family of 6 perfectly. Plenty of room to spread out, but plenty of room to sit and gather as a family. While slightly outdated, it really is a great little house. I care more about comfort and less about looksā€¦ this hit the mark!! Weā€™ll cares for. The location is wonderful with just a short walk across the street to the beach. Highly recommend!!

Good place, stingy rental company

Four adults staying for five nights, and they gave us two rolls of toilet paper, two dishwasher pods, one trash bag, one dish cloth, and one paper towel roll. And when we asked for more, they acted like we were trying to rob them. "You signed our agreement," etc. etc. Pretty incredible, given that Suncoast rents dozens of properties on the island.

The negatives were ā€” I realize itā€™s a dated property but the sheets really needed replacing on the mater bed, floors were dirty and very few basics were there to get us through the first night such as soap for dishes.

Excellent house by the sea

The home was perfect for our family fishing and beach trip. The 3 bedrooms gave everyone space while providing a nice living room to come together for visiting and games. It was clean and comfortable. The ocean was visible from the upstairs room and easily accessed with a short walk. We would definitely love to stay here again.
