You can enjoy an aperitif on the terrace in front of the living area and overlooking Lake Trasimeno or take your meals outside on the large terrace with barbecue, table and chairs. The accommodation is surrounded by a beautiful garden, here you can relax reading a book or sunbathing. The house is ideal for families and groups of friends who like to spend their vacations together. The beaches of Lake Trasimeno are 700 meters and San Feliciano is only 3 km away, from there you can embark to Isola Polvese and Maggiore. Not far from the house runs the bike path of the lake. Ideal starting point to discover the lake, the traditional festivals, music festivals, the typical cuisine and the exquisite wines and olive oils of the region.
