Do not hesitate to book!!

We (Myself, spouse, 3 children and dogs) had the best experience at this VRBO property. The property owner, Heather, was remarkable. She made sure our stay was perfect and that we had everything we needed the duration of our stay. The pictures don't do this place justice. The backyard is truly an oasis. It felt like a cabin in Broken Bow. Our kids and dogs LOVED it! Great space for the dogs to roam free and the kids to be kids in the backyard. The interior is stunning and feels like home. The beds were comfortable, each room had a tv and there were plenty of spots to relax. Highly recommend this property! :)

BETTER THAN A 5 STAR HOTEL

From the moment we drove onto the tree lined property it felt like home. The property and house itself is beautiful. There are many trees around and you feel like you’re in your own personal park. We opened the front door and it was like walking into a model home yet it was so incredibly comfortable we felt relaxed and made ourselves at home. Everything in the home was high quality from the furniture to the dishes to the linens. Heather checked on us multiple times to make sure our stay was absolutely perfect and we had everything we needed. We stayed here a total of 3 weeks and we’re sad to leave. If you’re a family or a larger group needing to stay around the Mckinney/Melissa area, this is the house for you!

We are Darrell and Heather Tinglov. We are a local couple excited to assist your long term furnished housing needs. We have grown to love the opportunity to share our homes with others and find great joy in helping our community.

This home was selected and renovated with the idea to downsize and enjoy a peaceful life on a larger lot but close to major roads and shopping. The shop was going to be perfect for Darrell's tinkering and Heather was all about the yard and the trees. After many months of planning and remodeling Heather decided she was not ready to downsize, so was born an opportunity to share this gorgeous home with others in need until they retire!

This property is unique due to the convenient location to 121, 75, and McKinney downtown square. The 1 and a half acre lot is extremely peaceful providing a country feel but close to all the amenities that you need. The house has been remodeled with a modern farmhouse feel and it very comfortable and inviting. Each bedroom has a great view, lots of storage, Smart TV, and comfy bed!
