NO EVENTS OR GATHERINGS ALLOWED at this VRBO. Weekdays and some weekends are available to anyone. Wedding parties and their immediate families that we are hosting weddings for at The RoseMary Barn (on booked weekends) are priority for available dates!

If you aren’t coming for a RoseMary Barn wedding, please give us the details on the reason for your visit to McKinney. Only 6 guests allowed! We are very strict on our max occupancy of 6. Please do not book if you have more than 6. We are not suitable for before or after parties. This two story bardominium is so beautiful with a fun modern feel. It has a white shiplap kitchen with open shelving, gold fixtures throughout and all of the cool modern farmhouse feels. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths and 2 living areas. The master bedroom has a king bed with a private bath, bedroom #2 has (1) queen bed and (1) full bed.. It’s located on the second and third floor of our three story barn. There is a floral shop on floor #1 of this building. No event gatherings or parties are allowed. We have onsite live-in staff next door to the Barndominium located on 6 acres. Only 6 guests allowed at all times during your stay. Exterior Security Camera located on the deck. You will be asked to leave if occupancy is exceeded! Property is on a routine schedule pest maintenance. However, a bug may get in due to our weather conditions here, so beware you may encounter a bug during your stay.
