A genuine luxurious Adirondack 4 bedroom(3 queen & 1 king) 2 bathroom ranch in an Upscale location on the northern side of the village. Fine dining at The Inn At Erlowest around the corner, or at the many eateries 1 mile south in the village. You can park your boat in the large driveway, bbq on the large deck surrounded by woods and take the family to the lake. 30 minute drive to Gore Mountain, Saratoga Race Track and Casino and much more.



The space
Guests are welcome to use the entire house and furnishings. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with laundry. There is a full size dining room. The living room has a 70” Samsung tv with all the smart features and apps you’ll need. The family room has a 40” tv above the fire place and the master bedroom is also equipped with a smart tv. The kitchen is larger enough to host family gatherings with a double oven and electric range stove. At night sit back and relax on the deck with the smokeless solo stove fire pit. Steps behind the deck is a second fire pit the family can gather around. After a long day relax in the hot tub right off the deck.
Guest access
Guest can access the entire home except the basement and inquire about garage.
