Bedroom 1 Master- King Sized bed (Sleeps up to 3 max). Soaking Tub, Walk-in Glass Shower and private toilet.

Bedroom 2- Queen Sized Bed (Sleeps up to 2 max) Bedroom has an en-suite jack-and-jill bathroom.

Bedroom 3 - Queen Sized Bed (Sleeps up to 2 max) Bedroom has an en-suite jack-and-jill bathroom.

Bedroom 4 - Queen Sized Bed (Sleeps up to 2 max) Bedroom has access to full-size bathroom.

Bedroom 5- Kids room includes twin sized bunkbeds with trundle and pull-out double bed to easily accommodate six kids (sleeps up to 6 max) has access to full-size bathroom.

Media Room--Sectional Couch becomes 2 twin sized bed and inflatable queen size bed are in master closet. (sleeps up to 4 max)

Family room – Sectional Couch becomes two twin-sized beds (sleeps up to 2 max)

Location can't be beat - if you are here for spring training, we are less than 20 mins from Goodyear Ballpark, Camelback Ballpark and Surprise Stadium. 20 mins from State Farm Stadium and Phoenix Raceway. Footprint Center is 27 miles away. More into golfing, world famous Wigwam Golf Course is 6 miles away and Victory Golf Club is less than 2 miles away. Shopping more your thing, well head over to Scottsdale for luxury shopping or visit the three outlet malls within 10 miles - Tanger Outlet in Glendale Phoenix Outlet in Glendale and Bealls Outlet in Buckeye.

POOL HEATING
Please NOTE, that between October and April, additional pool/spa heating fees will apply. I work to maintain them only to cover the cost of natural gas and electricity heating during these periods, when ambient temperatures may be lower then anticipated.

*Waterfalls are non-operation when pool heat is on.

* Pool Heat is set to approximately 80 degrees. $125 per day - PLEASE NOTE - we can only heat the pool for your entire stay, from day of check in through day prior to your checkout day.

A separate payment request ($125 times the number of nights booked) will need to be sent to facilitate this. Notice and payment for the pool heat must be made at least one week prior to arrival date.
