I have been vacationing in Summit County for 30 years. I would like to offer you a clean, comfortable, and an affordable place to call home for your stay. The place has a balcony and many windows with amazing views of Keystone and Lake Dillon. The condo has a 60 inch (in the living room) and 42 inch (in the loft) HD Smart TV with 73 HD channels and 73 channels of Sirius XM Radio. There is 2 separate high speed Wi-fi internet available for all your digital needs. The condo has one bedroom with a King size bed, one bedroom with a Queen size bed, and a loft with 2 twins, a Queen size bed 1 twin daybed/couch. The kitchen has all the necessities you will need for your stay, including dishes, utensils, pots, pans, spices, and a water filter. It has 2 bathrooms one with a tub , the other with a shower stall. Each one has a supply of shampoo, conditioner and liquid soap. The living area has a sectional couch with pleanty of seating and a gas fireplace.

There is a lovely clubhouse next door to the condo that offers a pool, hot tubs, sauna, racquetball, weight room, pool tables, ping pong, video games, fireplace, wireless internet, locker rooms, and a laundry room... all for your needs and enjoyment. The clubhouse also has full kitchen and private room that you are able to reserve for any large function.

Comfortable condo for 2 families with new furniture and carpet. Very hot water! Well stocked kitchen. Host responsive (we could not get the Kuerig coffee pot to work- he directed us to an alternative coffee maker stored in the back of the cabinet).

Location is amazing for a ski trip. Lots of amenities and great location. Host is very helpful in the booking process and during the stay.

Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed the unit. Probably one of the best-stocked VRBOs I've stayed in. It was very comfortable, and the views are amazing.

Great stay

We had a wonderful time staying here, its on the side of mount Buffalo and minutes from the trailhead! We did seven summits in seven days! It was also conveniently located next to all the town resources we could use in Silverthorne. Make sure you try blue moon cafe id you go :)

Great Place to Stay with Family

Clean place with great views. Worked great for our family coming out to ski for the week. Communication was very good, no problems.

Perfect spot for our family

My (very tall) family had plenty of room in this cozy condo. Perfect distance from Copper Mtn. The game room/ pool/ hot tubs were an added bonus. Great spot and super clean. The only improvement I would suggest is a room darkening option over the skylight in the loft just because it gets a little bright in the morning. Wouldn’t stop us from staying there again though!

Christmas with a view!

Arrived with no issues, check in was relatively easy and of course got the car registered to avoid “Das Boot” Wonderful views and rental was quiet. Location to town and surrounding ski areas was also great.Tom was an excellent host, provided good information and was receptive and quick to respond to any communication. Highly recommend!

Good Location for group ski trip

Close to copper mountain which we all think it's a blast. The condo is OK, but maybe a bit dated, other than the thin walls between neighbors and leaking rooftop window, we enjoyed our stay.

Great location, communication, clean

Perfect for 2 dads and their teenage sons on a ski trip. I picked it because it had 6 beds so we each had our own. The loft is perfect for the kids. Kitchen stocked with everything needed, smart TVs in the living room and the loft. The clubhouse was a nice bonus. Great view as well. Will look to book again next year!

Great Ski Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It had plenty of room for our whole family. The loft was great for the kids. The condo has plenty of dishes, pots and pans for cooking. There are great views. Also the owner is quick to respond to any questions.The only slight drawback is the condo is located 2 miles up a mountain road, which made getting to it a little difficult when the roads were icy. The city does a good job with routinely plowing the roads so most of the time the roads were good.

Amazing Views, Close to Everything You Need!

My wife's 30th was spent at this condo with 6 of our close friends. We had an amazing time waking up early to see the sun rising over the mountains. We were about a 30 minute drive from EVERYTHING we wanted to do: Skiing at Keystone, shopping and great food in Breckenridge, and close to gas and grocery stores to stock up on necessities and snacks in between. Will definitely try to rent again, and would recommend to all of my friends!

Great Spot!

We absolutely loved the condo. It was the perfect size and everyone loved the loft and perch vibes. It’s stocked with everything you need for cold weather, cooking, etc. I highly recommend booking! My only caution would be that there is no elevator and the stairs can wind you coupled with the elevation… but we didn’t have much trouble. Thanks!

Great mountain vacation!

The condo had spectacular views of the mountains and the lake. Close to town with stores and restaurants but up the mountain enough for quiet too. Very clean and well stocked. We did a lot of cooking and it was great. Close to lots of things to do--hiking, river rafting, fishing, horseback riding, etc. Beds were comfy. Bathrooms are small but adequate. Clubhouse is next door with pool, 3 hot tubs, sauna, fitness room and rec room. Tom was great about communicating and making our stay smooth and easy. I would recommend this condo for a family or small group.

Great Stay in Silverthorne

Tom's condo was the perfect place to crash after a long day on the slopes. It's a very spacious 2 bedroom with a bonus upstairs loft that's huge! The kitchen was well equipped and the living room sectional fit everyone comfortably. Our one hiccup was the complex and it's surrounding area had a freak water outage, but Tom handled it really well, compensating us for purchased water and for the night we were inconvenienced. Communication with Tom was a breeze. We'll definitely look for this place again when planning our next ski trip!

Great space for family ski trip

Two families shared this space and it was perfect for our week of skiing at various resorts. The pictures don’t emphasize how cute and clean this unit is! The loft is much bigger than it appears in the photos and was great for teenagers. This accommodation had plenty of everything…plates, silverware, cooking needs, bath towels, extra toilet paper. It was the best stocked unit we’ve stayed at. Laundry isn’t in the unit but is right next door and there are plenty of machines which we found convenient. Overall, this is a great place and we’d stay here again on a future trip.

Clean and Met all Needs

Although the condo was very warm (issue with boiler?) it had everything we needed. The information in the folder could use an update (e.g. first page to state that humidifiers are required for comfort!) and maybe a bit for foreigners who are not familiar with the CO climate and that the washing machines use an app, not coins. The place suit our needs and the surrounding area had some good shopping.

We liked this place, but wouldn't choose it again. The unit was clean and comfortable, but the whole property was not. The unit is in the 3rd floor and that made it hard to bring in luggage and groceries. Also the loft has no windows to open or AC and it was extremely hot even with fans. Everything else was fine and worked for what we needed. Its at the top of a mountain and does have a good view from the balcony.

really nice, if off the beaten path

I really enjoyed this property. It had the best stocked kitchen of any property I have stayed in. It is about 2 miles up the hill from Hwy 70, so you really do need to have a car, preferably a 4wd. It is centrally located to Keystone, Breckenridge and Vail, all of which are about a 1/2 hour away by car. The only two things I would comment on: there was ample parking, but you need to register your car with a towing company so it will not get towed. Signing into the app was very problematic because the password was supplied in hand written form and it took us maybe 20 tries to get it to work. The only other complaint I would have is that while there were lots of lights, at night it felt like we needed to turn on a whole lot of lights to get enough light, especially in the bedrooms and the kitchen. I would recommend this property and would stay there again if I came back to the area.

Perfect ski retreat location

Overall was a great option for our friend group's annual Colorado Ski trip stay location. Clean and VERY well stocked apartment, kitchen had everything needed. Beds were comfortable and location was great, within about an hour drive from all 5 ski resorts we hit this year. The only cons were that the loft, which three of us slept in was extremely warm and uncomfortable to sleep in at times. Likely due to being third floor and in a lofted apartment with high ceilings, the heat never had to turn on. This may have been missed by me in the description, but with no elevator and having a weeks worth of clothes, food and gear the third floor apartment was no fun to unpack into after 13 hours in a car. Lastly, and this is out of the apartment owners control, the hot tub/pool and bathrooms in the pool house were gross. Hair and trash all around that was there are entire trip, from Thursday night until Monday night absolutely no cleaning was done in this public area. Overall would come back if available and fits my the group size at ny next trip.
