Snowscape Condominiums offer one of the best alpine settings in all of Summit County, Colorado. Walk out the front door into the pristine woods of the Arapaho National Forest or Eagles Nest Wilderness area surrounding the unit and providing an awesome mountain getaway. Cross country ski, snowshoe, sled, run, bike, climb, golf, fish, or take a tranquil walk through the nearby woods. The location is perfect to reach one of the five world-class ski resorts (Keystone, Copper, Breckenridge, A-Basin and Loveland) all less than 20 minutes away. Vail and Beaver Creek are 30-45 minutes. Shopping and fine dining are available just minutes away, and a bus stop is located right outside the complex which provides access to the free bus service for all of Summit County (including the ski resorts).

Let our condo be your home for an unforgettable mountain getaway! Our 3 Bedroom (+ bonus room), 3 Full Bath condo is nestled adjacent to the Arapaho National Forest and centrally located above Silverthorne, Colorado. Step onto the private back deck and enjoy amazing, unobstructed views of the Ten Mile Range, Lake Dillon, the Continental Divide and the entire Dillon Valley. Our condo is the end unit located on the third floor (top floor) and provides a quiet, tranquil setting. The unit includes a master bedroom, bunk room, loft, bonus room, and vaulted ceilings that let in that beautiful Colorado sunshine. Master Bedroom (Queen) has its own bath. Second bedroom (bunk room) is full/twin bunk with adjacent bathroom. Loft Bedroom (Queen) is upstairs with lots of extra space and private bath. The fourth sleeping option (Full) is in the bonus room in the loft. Large LCD TV in living room with cable and WiFi included. The clubhouse features an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, and game room with pool table, foosball, and more. This condo is amazing for families and friends and we would love to share it with you.
Note: Summit County Short-term Rental regulations allow eight people in this unit. However, the dining and living rooms are best suited for a maximum of six guests. The "extra" beds provide flexibility for sleeping arrangements for families.

We stayed at this condo with our kids and some friends. Very clean. Adequate room and having 3 full bathrooms was great! Very accessible to multiple ski resorts. Enjoyed the amenities.

Beautiful Property

The condo itself is lovely, and the view is amazing.This unit is on the top corner of the building, resulting in the loft space you see in the pictures, and amazing natural light from many windows. The pictures do not do the view justice. The building was built in 1980, but the unit itself is nicely updated with appliances and furnishings and is very comfortable.As you can tell from the map, it's located a short drive from various ski spots, which makes it convenient for ski trips.A couple minor drawbacks to keep in mind:- The property is a good ways up a hill, so bring a vehicle with good traction (although I don't know how you'd get to Silverthorne without one anyway).- The property is at about 9500 ft elevation, so be sure to plan for acclimation and possible AMS.- There's no washer/dryer in the condo, you have to use the coin-op machines in the clubhouse, so bring some quarters. The walk isn't too far, but it can be inconvenient in heavy snow, so be prepared.- The pipes tend to make random ticking/knocking noises, which can be annoying at night, so consider bringing earplugs.

Super clean and plenty of room to settle in. Convenient and close to skiing. Recently remodeled. Nice clubhouse very close. One of the nicer places we’ve stayed in same area for ski vacations. Would definitely return.

Comfortable, Clean, and Beautiful View

Everything was as advertised and the interior was warm and cozy. We stayed with our two adult daughters so everyone had their own room and space. The cowboy decor is fun and homey. The location is within a 20-30 minute drive of the slopes. It is minutes from the grocery store and retail. The community center has a nice heated pool but the hot tub was clobbered with adults trying to tire out their kids for over an hour. The kitchen is well equipped but could use a new non-stick fry pan. Bring your own dish washer detergent, bath soap, and coffee filters. I'd also recommend a portable humidifier for those affected by the altitude and dry air. Overall a great stay and hope to be back.

Great deal for the area

The place is a lot bigger than it looks in pictures. We had 2 adults and 2 children and had so much room. The condo is well kept and maintained. The view is amazing. You see the sun rise over the mountains. The kitchen is well stocked so look at whats already in the cabinets before hitting the local grocery store. Would definitely go back.

The unit was wonderful, the altitude was a killer.

We loved this condo. It was very well equipped and everything was in perfect working order. I would highly recommend this condo. We had trouble with the altitude. My son who has been to Keystone several times with no problem but he ended in the hospital on oxygen and fluids. We thought we had prepared well before leaving home but suffered anyway. None of the that has happened to do with the condo, just a couple psa!

Beautiful View

This condo is perfect for family. The views out every window are spectacular. We had an amazing stay and the host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. My husband and I stayed there with our 4 adult/teenage children and 2 of their significant others (8 total). It was a bit tight on space in the living/dining area but they said that in the description. We made it work and would definitely stay here again. (Maybe just rent another unit in the complex). This condo is a great location for the ski resorts and there is plenty of other activities if you don’t ski/snowboard. Thanks again for a great vacation.

Great town to stay in if you want to hit multiple mountains. It is about 7-10 minutes up the hill from silverthorne, but other than that it’s great.

Everything needed for a vacation stay

We had a great experience with this property. David provided all the information ahead of the trip and was quick to respond to the few questions we had. The condo unit had plenty of room for our family of four. The loft and 3 bathrooms were a nice bonus. The pictures accurately represent the space. We used the clubhouse twice. The pool was functional and clean, but is old and in need of renovation/repair. The clubhouse common space was a nice place to meet with another family we were vacationing with. The location was quiet and convenient to the towns and ski destinations we were visiting. Thanks for offering your home!
