The Ocean Grove 306-Pelicondo has been recently updated and ready for vacation rentals. Guests enter this corner unit to an open concept living/dining/kitchen area. All new living area furnishings and accessories make this one of the most appealing properties in this complex. The living area features a large 65"" television. This unit also has cable television and WiFi for your convenience. As guests relax and enjoy this home they are also able to stream from their own Netflix, Hulu or other streaming services through the living room television (instructions provided at check-in).

This gorgeous 3rd-floor corner unit condominium at the Ocean Grove Galveston Condominiums is spacious and offers both a full Gulf view and a view of the swimming pool and grilling area on the common grounds.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed (sleeps 3), for a total of 7 guests.


OCEAN GROVE CONDOMINIUMS

Ocean Grove amenities include a 100-foot outdoor pool (not heated), lounge chairs, fitness center, covered parking, most units offer in-unit laundry and a community picnic area with grills. Ocean Grove condos offer 9-foot ceilings, open floor plans, tile floors, updated kitchens with granite countertops, full-size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and fully stocked with pots, pans and dishes to make breakfast, lunch or dinner. Ocean Grove makes the most of the views. All condos offer a private balcony and all offer panoramic unobstructed Gulf Views. Guests will love to watch the waves roll in and crash against the Seawall and watch the seagulls and pelicans fly overhead. Ocean Grove Condominiums are located directly on Seawall, half a mile past 89th Street, towards the West End of the island, just before the Seawall, world’s longest continuous sidewalk, ends.

Create your own adventures with beach gear and golf cart rentals, a sunset cruise or a bonfire and smores on the beach. Gulf Coast Concierge also offers fishing charters, photo sessions, and a variety of in-home services. If you can dream it, we will do our best to make it happen!

All guests must dispose of your trash in the trash chute located on the west side of the hallway. Please don't dispose of any over-sized trash bags.

The fitness facility is for adult use only. Please don't allow children on the equipment for safety purposes.

Events, parties, or guests attending prom are prohibited at this home, as well as any type of large gathering with guests not listed on the reservation's Guest Registration or exceeding the maximum occupancy. These provisions are strictly enforced by Ryson Vacation Rentals.

This vacation property should accommodate up to 2 vehicles to be parked at the property. Parking at condos is determined by the space available at the property (typically two-car maximum). Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.

Resort amenities, including advertised elevators, require maintenance, and from time to time may be unavailable for guest use. Every effort will be made by Ryson to notify the respective HOA. However, please understand, Ryson has no control or authority in completing necessary repairs or routine maintenance. If elevator use is a requirement for any guests during your stay, please contact Ryson prior to booking, and we're happy to go over available options (alternate elevator available on premises or locating a better limited mobility friendly access unit).

Elevator is available for adult guest use - helpful for those with limited mobility or to carry up luggage and groceries.

Outside/exterior security surveillance is present at this property for the security of the condo and our guests.

Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs.

All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.

GULF COAST CONCIERGE

Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.

Perfect Vacation Spot
We loved our stay! The condo had the perfect amount of room. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the things needed. The location was perfect right across from the beach and just a short drive to the drive up beach, which we LOVED! The only negative feedback I would give was the guy a few floors up watching us from above while we were in the pool. He had binoculars and was yelling at us from the balcony. It was a little creepy!

View was great. There was a problem with the fridge and it was leaking. We did call maintenance and they came out and will have to get an appliance person out. It was in a great location. Loved this he pool.
