Pretty, completely renovated 3BR home on quiet cul de sac, located w/in a 5-10 minute stroll to beautiful, family-friendly Ridgevale Beach. Wireless Internet/TV/phone w/movie channels. Great kitchen w/all appliances & cooking tools incl. Lg. new deck overlooks treed conservation land. Huge bedrooms w/newer, comfortable, clean beds, sitting chairs, & all linens incl.; 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds. Sleeps 6. Washer/dryer avail. Central A/C. Drive 5 minutes to charming Chatham Square for great shopping, ice cream, coffee and restaurant delights. Enjoy early a.m. or p.m. walks filled with amazing sunrises/ sunsets, salty air smells, and brilliant views! Close to bike path, beautiful beaches, golf courses, nature trails & many local Cape Cod activities. See the stars, smell the salt air, and taste the best foods the Cape has to offer. Feel the gentle ocean breezes on your face, and say to yourself, “I am so grateful I chose Ridgevale Heights!'


8 minute Walk to Ridgevale Beach: Ridgevale Ave is the main road to Ridgevale Beach, and Shannon Lane is located off of Ridgevale Ave. conveniently south of Rte 28, which means there are no busy streets to cross over in order to walk to the beach. The beach is just under .5 miles from our home, which takes about 10 minutes to walk on average. It's a pleasant neighborhood filled with pretty homes. Popular for families, Ridgevale Beach is unique in that there is an inlet where children can swim and play in more shallow water. Adults can enjoy swimming in the Atlantic ocean opposite this inlet. There is lifeguard patrol, as well as outdoor bathroom facilities, a small snack diner and public parking managed by the town. This beach is beautiful, with sandy shorelines and ample shoreline space for short walks along the beachfront.

Our home is also within a 3 miles of a few other beautiful Chatham Beaches, accessible by car: Forest Beach, Hardings Beach and Cockle Cove. Small fresh water ponds are also nearby.

Please note that reservation requests during peak season (June, July and August) must be from Saturday(s) to Saturday(s).

Perfect for family, great location

Nick and Lianne are great hosts. The layout of the house worked great for our family of 4 and the space is really clean and well organized. The hosts walk you through the property and everything is really simple. They ask you to do a quick call and sign a contract before finalizing the rental, but it's all straightforward and reasonable (it's a family home and a quiet neighborhood so they take an extra step to make sure it's the right fit for both sides). If you plan to cook a bunch you'll need to grab some essentials. They have basic kitchen equipment so you may have to improvise but we had everything we needed. Great neighborhood with a bunch of good restaurants and beaches nearby

Great Week in Chatham

Our family of 5 had an amazing time at this house for our week in Chatham. Nick and Lianne met us when we checked in and gave us a quick tour of everything we needed for the house. The location is perfect. Up the block from Ridgevale Beach, right off the bike path, and only a quick 5/6 minute drive into town.

You will not be disappointed staying here! We went for a week and felt very at home. This house is SO CLEAN and well kept, probably the most clean we have stayed in here in Chatham! The owners were accommodating and always responding quickly to our questions! We had everything we needed in this great home. THANK YOU!

Clean home with great location

The location was excellent and house was very clean. The hosts were kind and good communicators. The kitchen was well stocked and the neighborhood was lovely. Our only complaint were that the beds/mattresses were very old and uncomfortable. The bedding was scratchy and old. We were also asked to strip our beds and lug the bedding to the garage upon checkout which I’ve never been asked to do and have stayed at dozens of other house rentals. The instructions also asked us to leave the blankets in the bedrooms so I’m assuming they aren’t cleaned after each stay. For the price, updated mattresses and sheets would be nice! And have the house cleaner remove and wash the sheets. And blankets.

Chatham Dreams

We had a wonderful week at this property. The home is well located, comfortable, and very clean. The owners are professional and friendly. We easily walked to the beach and the town center was a short drive away. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We plan to return!

Clean and gracious home=a great vacation!

This home is kept extremely clean. Owners Lianne & Nick Boas take pride in their home and it shows! The grill is completely scrubbed by the owner. A cleaning crew sparkles up the place each week. You could (almost) eat off the floors! There is no guess work here-there is a manual for every appliance in the house. The kitchen was very well equipped for when we cooked in. This home also had some other nice amenities-central AC, a great deck, outdoor shower, and a new Weber grill.Other pluses were beach towels and chairs -it was nice not having to bring these... It is located in a residential South Chatham neighborhood-an easy walk to the Ridgevale beach which was fun to go to at low tide and walk on the sand bars. The neighborhood was also good for our 6 year old to practice his bike riding. We enjoyed going to the town as well-and the old time band concert on Friday nights was a fun time.. The owners were very hospitable and easy to deal with and very organized!

Awesome chatham home

Perfect location in chatham. The home is just as advertised exceptionally clean & fresh. Private and comfortable as a home away from home should be. Thanks to the gracious home owners Lianne, Nick & Joanna our stay & time spent with our grand daughter at ridgevale beach, Harding, mayflower beach in Dennis meant the world to us. It's only an 8-10 minute walk to the beach - a very pleasant walk! We also are within a 5 minute drive into downtown chatham. The bike path is within walking distance from our home, so it's only about a 2-3 minute bike ride to the bike path. The house has 2 zoned central air conditioning. We have beautiful land behind the house that is not developed so the privacy is wonderful! Everything is very clean. All linens, towels and beach towels are included. We live nearby so if anything is needed, we can make ourselves available to help you. At the same time, we'll give you your privacy for having a beautiful, relaxing vacation with your family and friends.

We are located within a half mile pleasant walk from Ridgevale Beach, one of the best beaches in Chatham. Family friendly (there are public rest rooms managed by the town, along with a nice outdoor short order food diner and public parking nearby. A beautiful inlet makes it easy to watch the children play and build sand castles while you enjoy your dip in the ocean. Float in the water and realize that life is good!
