Lovely three bedroom, one bathroom home located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Access to Swan Pond, perfect for launching a canoe or kayak. Ride your bicycles on the Cape Cod Rail Trail, only .3 mile away. Bright and beachy decor with hardwood floors throughout. Amenities include mini split air conditioning in each bedroom and the living room, washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, gas grill and enclosed outdoor shower. Short drive to Dennis Port beaches!

Close to Patriots Square Plaza, which offers options of restaurants, shopping, and the new and improved Entertainment Cinemas, offering reclining seats for the comfiest movie experience ever! Ring Brothers Marketplace is across from the Plaza- one of the best specialty grocery markets in the area.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was a perfect size for my little family. Enough space and a good kitchen. I have been going to the Cape ever since I was a baby, and this year was the first year I got my own rental instead of staying with family. It was well worth it and an amazing time!

Cleanliness and beach

We enjoyed our stay but when we got there there was sand everywhere, and dust everywhere, the beds were very uncomfortable had to sleep on the couch, the beds were to small. Next year we would like to stay at a cleaner house and closer to the beach

Hi Melissa! Thank you for your feedback. No one wants to walk into a home that has sand and dust at the beginning of their vacation. We do have on call cleaners for this reason, but hopefully you won't need them at the next home you stay in. We hope to see you again next year (we have lots of homes with bigger beds too!)

Would suggest a radio and a queen size bed but that would not prevent us from renting again.

We had everything we needed. Plus the neighborhood was so quiet. We're going back in September and have already submitted our request for 2026. Thanks to the owners and to the Martha Murray staff. Mr daughter and family enjoyed the easy access to the pond and the boys loved the pond for paddle boarding. May I suggest over the door hooks would be great over all bedroom doors. Loved the washer and dryer 🏖️

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My June vacation included three family members in their 60s. This home was perfect for us. It was just the right size for us to each gave our own room, but a cozy living room/kitchen for us yo get together for movie watching, etc. My only suggestion would be to replace the commode with a chair height version. It was tough on old knees! I would like to add that we've been renting through Msetha Murray fir many years. They're always great! This year, we managed to lock the house keys and car keys in the house. We called Martha's staff for help and they were there within minutes with a smile. They are the best!

My daughter and family were with us and the grandkids loved being so close to the pond. They paddle board and it was so convenient for them. They enjoyed the Pirate Museum and had fun miniature golfing, along with time at the beach. They need to clean under sofas and check corners for cobwebs. Only the double mattress needs to be replaced. Well stocked kitchen. The Skipper, Captain Parker’s and Kream and Kone. The grandkids were at Sweet Izzy’s almost every night. It was a great vacation. Hope to come back next year.

The water in the outdoor shower never got hot and the garbage was not picked up every Wednesday! It was extremely buggy with noseeums that made it so hard... I know that has nothing to really do with the house... but wondering if it was worse than usual being close to a pond?The house was accommodating, clean and we had a great stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful experience staying in this small house and would rent it again. Everything was good. Only two small comments: the small floor mats were very slippery and easy to move just by walking over them. This is a tripping hazard. Some sticky backings would be good. Also, the overhead lighting in the kitchen/living room is so bright! Maybe lower the wattage in the bulbs. Apart from that, no issues at all.

The house felt cozy and was a good size for my family of four. The furniture was outdated and with only a double bed for myself and husband, we were quite squished. I would rent again if the couches were updated,and there was a bed larger than a double to sleep in. My husband and I have a king. I would also recommend updating some of the convenience items such as the VCR and coffee maker.

The girl's get a way

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall an okay experience, unfortunately a few bumps were experienced that we didn't know would have been fixed with a call to martha Murray's. We were not made aware of this until check out. We had no propane, dirty dish cloths in drawer, trash was not picked up from last visitors,all the utensils had to be washed and the deck was terribly dirty and we had no access to a hose and had to rinse it off using cooking pans full of water. Understanding this would have been taken care of with a call, we thought the cottage was in "unpack and relax and enjoy" your stay mode. All previous stays through MM have been 100% spot on.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that this stay was sub par. As you know, we strive to have our homes ready with no issues. Sometimes propane runs out and we can always bring over a replacement tank. Dirty dishes, garbage and dirty utensils and deck is unfortunate and not how we like to do business. Thank you for your continued tenancy and we hope to have you back next year!
