Steps to Downtown, Pier & Beach with Gourmet Kitchen!

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath island-inspired home is the largest of the homes in the Daffodil Compound. Upon arrival you'll be greeted by the large game room, outdoor bar and seating area under the home. As you enter the front door into the large foyer you'll immediately notice the high ceilings and cozy coastal casual design. The main living area is home to a 75" television, large sectional sofa and built-in bookcases and opens out onto a broad screened porch. Through the corridor you will be amazed by the elegant gourmet kitchen, fully equipped with top of the line appliances including Thermador dual fuel range. Just past the kitchen is your indoor dining space that overlooks the tropical courtyard. The master bedroom has a king bed with ensuite shower, second bedroom has a king bed adjoining the full hall bath and the third bedroom houses two twin beds. This twin bedroom has one set of pocket doors but only curtains on the other doorway. All bedrooms include large screen smart televisions. A laundry closet with washer and dryer rounds out the interior. The home also boasts off street parking spaces for up to 4 cars, and a fun game area with shuffleboard, ping pong and Tiki bar below the house. We have both a gas and a charcoal grill near the outdoor shower as well.

This property is just steps away from Center Street and a block and a half to beach and new Folly Pier. If you prefer to stay in, you will find a shared yard with hammock and lush tropical plants. This property shares a communal yard with Little and Wee Daffodil. The homes can be rented individually or all three together as a compound for loads of family fun!

The house is in the perfect location to enjoy all that Folly has to offer. Itā€™s an easy walk to all of the restaurants & bars & only a couple of blocks from the beach. The house is decorated beautifully with a modern kitchen & all the conveniences of home. We spent most of our time relaxing on the comfortable screened in porch. We will definitely be staying here again & I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to stay at Folly Beach or Charleston.

Great Location and Property!

I stayed here with family for a long weekend and had the best time! The house was a great location to both the town and beach. Highly recommend and will be looking to stay here as we continue to visit Folly!

Beach getaway!

This property is beautifully decorated and has an ideal location close to shops and restaurants. Walk ability is a huge plus. The gourmet kitchen and screened porch were our favorite parts of Big Daffodil!

Walk to beach

We loved havin an eat in kitchen and bedrooms to spread out in. The house is upgraded nicely and we ate breakfast on the screened porch. Two blocks to beach on quiet street. Highly recommend!

I am born and raised in Charleston and Michael is a transplant who has lived here for many years. We live just down the street at the end of East Ashley Avenue, almost to the Morris Island Lighthouse. Our other Folly rentals include the rest of The Daffodil Cottages Compound (Daffodil Wee 2br/2bth and Daffodil Little 1br/1bth) and a cottage in the east end know as Marshmellow 2br/2bth. It is located on our quiet east end street and offers marsh and ocean views from the front and rear decks. Also, If interested in staying in downtown Charleston for a few nights, we have 3, two bedroom apartments located at the corner of Warren and St Philip Streets that we run through vrbo as well! We own and operate Stella's Restaurant and Mosaic Catering + Events as well. If any questions at all about the area, do not hesitate to reach out. We love our island and are always excited to share information!

Recently renovated, refreshed and updated. Wee Daffodil features all new furnishings and decor, 55" smart tvs and high speed internet. A quaint coastal cottage kitchen featuring all of your home comforts including large gourmet kitchen, broad screened porch and sprawling first level game area with tiki bar.
Two off street parking spaces are guaranteed and a beach access path is directly across the street. Big Daffodil is part of the landmark Daffodil compound, and shares an outdoor common area that includes: lounge areas, garden shower, and beautiful lush tropical landscaping. This property can be rented alone or in conjunction with Little Daffodil and/or Big Daffodil to sleep as many as 12 guests.
