On the western coast of Argolida, not far from the harbour town of Porto Cheli and the charming village of Kranidi, above Salanti Bay, lies the district of Aghios Ioannis. A handful of holiday homes are situated on a beautiful, quiet hillside between olive groves.

The comfortable property with large covered terraces is particularly suitable for families of friends who want to spend their holiday in a cultivated atmosphere, with the luxury of their own pool and close to the sea. The large, covered BBQ terrace is the perfect place for socialising and dining, celebrating parties, rounding off the day and enjoying the beautiful sunsets.

Two-storey holiday home, tastefully furnished. On the ground floor is the living room with dining table and adjoining kitchen area. Adjacent to this are two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. From the living room and the two bedrooms there is direct access to the covered terrace facing the sea and the pool. On the upper floor is the master bedroom with direct access to a large terrace with magnificent sea views. The bedroom is adjoined by its own bathroom. The approx. 24 square metre freshwater pool (4 x 6 m, depth 0.80-1.80 m, not heated, in use all year round) promises wonderful, atmospheric moments and swimming fun for young and old.
Several small bays and the long Salanti beach are close to the holiday home.
