Exterior amenities of this home include under-house concrete parking with a covered entry. An exterior staircase on the Gulf side takes you from the beach to the first and second floor furnished decks. Dive into the sparkling heated community pool or spend the afternoon on the pickleball, basketball or tennis court. Then enjoy the enclosed outdoor shower at the end of your day and prepare your fresh catch at the fish cleaning area and enjoy our double park-style grill.

The first floor of this tastefully appointed coastal home offers the SE king master bedroom with smart TV, private bathroom large walk-in shower, double vanity and jetted tub with a wonderful view. This room enjoys direct access to the Beachfront covered deck and the bayside screen porch. The SW king bedroom has a smart TV and direct access to the covered beachfront deck. The NW king bedroom has a smart TV and direct access to the Bayview screened porch. There is a full shared bathroom and laundry area with washer/dryer on this floor.

The second floor is the gathering place. With a bright and open floor plan and a wall of windows, you will feel like you are right on the beach. Beautiful wood floors and comfortable, attractive seating make this a perfect place to gather.

The dining table seats 10 for a wonderful family meal, the breakfast bar seats 4 and double French doors lead you to the Gulf view porch with chaise lounges and a table for al fresco dining.

The well equipped kitchen boasts expansive counter space and a beautiful view for the chef in your party. A covered porch is just off the kitchen with a dining table that is perfect for your morning bayside coffee.

The NW king master bedroom offers a smart TV and full private bathroom. Sliding glass doors lead you to the covered bayside porch from this room. A convenient half bathroom is provided on this floor.

The third floor features the South king bedroom with a smart TV, a sitting area and direct access to the private furnished beachfront deck, which is perfect for stargazing.

Home includes YouTube TV.

The North trundle bedroom sleeps 2 in twin beds with a smart TV. A shared bathroom with a glass shower is also on this floor.
