Sweet top floor condo named Villas on the Gulf. Its directly on the duck pond just a cat walk away from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. It is on a narrow part of the beach so you can also walk over to the sound. This is a few miles away from the busy part of the Gulf so it is as if you have your own private beach on the Gulf. Brand new 64 inch Samsung smart tv in living room and two brand new 40 inch Samsung smart tvs in each bedroom. Condo is equipped with wifi. A trolley station is right next to the property. There are 3 free trolleys which run up and down the beach 7 days a week from 4pm until midnight. My condo is one mile away from Pensacola Beach Dog Park East which is right on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.

A much needed trip

It was such a nice stay. The neighborhood is quiet and it literally takes a couple of minutes to walk to the beach! The dog beach being so close is amazing too!

We recently stayed at this charming top-floor condo, and couldn't have been more pleased. Right away, the owner’s responsiveness stood out—friendly, timely, and full of helpful suggestions that made planning our beach days a breeze. They truly go the extra mile to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.The condo itself is immaculate and thoughtfully appointed. With plush, comfortable furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, and brand‑new smart TVs in each room, it felt just like home—only better. Plus, the cozy beds, clean linens, and well-stocked pantry essentials made unpacking and relaxing effortless. One of the best perks? The location. A short catwalk leads you straight to a quieter stretch of the Gulf—almost feels like your own private beach. The onsite pool is lovely and refreshing, centered around a beautiful lagoon—perfect for lounging after a swim in the Gulf. In short, this condo offered comfort, convenience, and charm—enhanced by a host who genuinely cares about your stay. Ideal for families, couples, or anyone seeking tranquility steps from the sand. We’ll be back!

Amazing Stay at a Beautiful Condo on the Beach

My family and I spent 5 fantastic nights at Drew's beautiful beach condo. The location is a short cat walk to the beautiful white sand beach Pensacola is known for. It's a nice quiet stretch of the beach, perfect for a peaceful and relaxing vacation with someone special or your family. If you're hungry or looking for happy hour, the boardwalk is only a 5 minute drive away. The condo itself is absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. The beds are very comfortable and come fully equipped with luxurious sheets and fluffy white towels. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook at home (including kid friendly plates and bowls). The pantry came prestocked with basic needs including microwave popcorn, coffee, sugar etc. There are plenty of cleaning supplies to keep everything in order. Drew is a fantastic host. He was very quick to respond to any of our questions or requests and went above and beyond to make sure we were more than comfortable. He truly made us feel like we were honoured guests in his home. I've traveled all throughout North America and Europe and stayed in my fair share of short term rentals. I would highly recommend a visit to Drew's Pensacola Beach condo. You won't regret it.

I am so happy to have had the Higgins family as my first VRBO guests. Per my request Stephanie was kind enough to take time out of her vacation to opine on ways I can make my condo better for future guests. So, if you are reading this and stay at my Villa on the Gulf you can thank her for the new kettle for those who drink tea. I look forward to seeing the Higgins family again in the future.

Great place to stay in a great beach town!

We had a wonderful family beach vacation here. Great location close to everything but not in the heart of Pensacola beach where towards the end of the week it got crazy and overcrowded. It was nice to be down the road from all the young folks. Quiet and friendly people in the buildings, with an exception of the man that lives directly below the property. We met him in the stairwell where he was annoyed with our existence and the fact we were even walking on the same stairs as him. The beach is a short walk through the buildings then through the next set of buildings then begins the catwalk. I was under the assumption that the catwalk was right after the pool. My mom is 66 and has hip pain so the walk up and down stairs then to the beach was a bit much for her, so please be aware. For young people it’s no big deal. You will be walking a lot in this town when the weekend rush comes in and there is no parking! The property also has a SHARED balcony. There were gone during stay but also something to be aware of. We had a great experience and we will definitely be back!
