Beautifully Updated Pet-Friendly Sound View Cottage!

Located just across the street from Santa Rosa Sound and a short three-block walk from the white sand beach, this updated cottage has a lot to offer.

The pet-friendly cottage has a fenced yard, great outdoor/deck space and gourmet kitchen. The master bedroom has a king bed, while the master bath has a steam shower and claw foot soaking tub. The living area has an open beam ceiling, large flat screen TV and lots of windows for good natural light. The kitchen has granite counter tops, a Viking gas stove, and good work space. Bedroom number 2 has a queen bed and bedroom number 3 has two twins. These bedrooms share a hall bath with the living area.

There is a covered patio off of the kitchen with additional seating for outdoor dining. The front and back decks are perfect for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. Enjoy cooking out on the gas grill too! Call today to find out more about this amazing home or book online!

Great escape close to all the action.

I traveled with my 16 yr old son. We loved the proximity to Flounders and the shops- but felt we were far enough away to enjoy quiet time on the deck. Home was comfy and had all the kitchen essentials.

The accommodations were great and we appreciated the opportunity to bring our pets . We were visiting family in the area and although the weather was cool (March) we could still enjoy the scenery, the full moon and the sunsets!
