Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Anniversary getaway

The property was clean and relaxing. The ocean view was beautiful and seeing Provincetown from the deck was breathtaking to see throughout the day. Very quiet and respectful neighbors.

The room was very good. The deck looking out onto the water, and the several comfortable beach chairs, gas grills, etc. etc. made the place a great stay. This was our third and plan to stay next year.

loved it!

Stayed prior to "the season" and found the place perfect. Clean, quiet, larger than the photos looked, right on the beach, balcony, close to P-Town if you want activity, restaurants, etc. helpful property manager, sufficient (basic) kitchen tools. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Off season pricing was amazing.

From check in to check out -- easy, great customer service, great view of water, great location, very comfortable, simple studio, comfortable bed. Could use one more regular chair rather than all high tops. Would def stay again and suggest to friends. Thank you for making it affordable!

Loved the location, great beach area, beautiful sunsets! it was clean however the only negative is that drawers were very musty smelling we couldn't unpack or use extra blankets stored there. Also never received extra towels that were requested.

Excellent, clean place!

We decided to stay here first, because we got an excellent off-season price, and second, because all of the reviews made sure to say how clean it was. We had an excellent room: balcony with a great view, a well-appointed kitchenette, a large comfortable bed, and a very nice bathroom with a walk-in shower. Everything was very clean. We bought food so we could eat-in some of the time. The Sandbars Inn is also close to Provincetown, and there is ample parking. It has a private beach with chairs, tables and a grill. The property manager is very nice and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again.

Very disappointing stay. The door lock impossible to open, for the five days was was there, I didn’t see one employee I could have asked a question. Could not get any fresh towels and the list goes on. Obviously this is not the place it used to be and would not recommend it for a longer vacation.

Peaceful getaway

We enjoyed our stay overall. The location was great as the beach was easily accessible and it was a quick 5-10 minute drive to Provincetown. It was helpful to have the kitchenette as one of us has an allergy so it made meals more convenient. The room was a nice size and the balcony/view was the best part. The one main issue we had was the entrance code. We spent at least 2 minutes each time we had to go into our room typing in a long code. It is luckily a safe area so it was never a safety concern but it was an inconvenience. We will definitely stay here again and maybe the code situation will be less of a hassle next time.

Great efficiency apartment with amazing water view!

We thought this property was a perfect stay for our short vacation. It was close to Provincetown and right on the water. Great outdoor balcony with gorgeous view and cute furniture. Bed was very comfortable. Big TV. Kitchen has everything you need to cook and eat in. The bathroom shower was fantastic! One parking spot per unit. Beach front has lots of chairs, tables and umbrellas and sand. Very relaxing. Only 15 minute drive south is a great BYOB seafood family restaurant called Moby Dicks. Highly recommend, excellent food. Property near many beaches and scenic places. Shout out to Jonah for helping us when we arrived. To note, there is no partition between balconies but did not bother us saying hello to neighbors. Highly recommend this place!!!
