Completely updated, this 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home with central air boasts everything you’d expect from a Nantucket home, from original hardwood floors throughout, custom woodwork and built-ins, renovated kitchen with Caesarstone counters. Renovated baths finished in crisp white and Carrera marble. Beautyrest Simmons mattresses, luxurious linens, pillows and towels, “Ack Last” sleeps 10 comfortably. House includes renovated 1st & 2nd floor masters, both with en suite bathrooms. Thermador/Bosch appliances, TVs in every bedroom and family room, custom built-ins. Sonos Sound System with Amazon Alexia for the entire downstairs kitchen & living area. Washer/dryer on 1st floor. Plantation shutters throughout and designer furnishings. If you’re too tired from the sun, stay in and BBQ out on the grill in the nice-sized yard. Enjoy morning coffee on Adirondecks in the completely fenced-in front yard.
Talk about location! Walking distance from both Steamship or Hy-Line Ferries. Grab a bike or Jeep for rent across the Street from Young's Bike Shop. When it’s time for cocktails, make the 2 minute walk to Oran Moor, Lola 41, Nantucket Hotel or White Elephant overlooking Children’s Beach. If pampering is your thing, take Pilates 3 doors over at Core Pilates Studio and then have brunch or book a massage at the world renowned White Elephant Hotel & Spa. Afterwards walk to Children's Beach or the playground one block away where they have morning music classes, yoga and Friday night children's flicks. Walk or ride bikes to Jetties Beach for evening live music, the playground, or to watch the sunset. Rent a windsurfer or kayak at the Nantucket Community Sailing Center. Fish and watch the boats come into Nantucket Harbor at the Brant Point Lighthouse, just a few blocks away. Five minute walk to downtown, restaurants and movies!

Nantucket in the rain

No better place to ride out a storm. Within a quick walk of downtown for dinner, drinks, or a grocery run. A great wine shop is 1/2 a block away. The host could not have been more helpful. The house itself is wonderful. Could not have been better!

Great location for walking

If you’re looking for a place that’s in the center of it all, yet still just off the beaten path offering serenity, then look no further. This house was perfectly set up for our two families. The cabinets are also completely stocked with all those little extras you never think to bring and end up buying when you’re there! Jeanine was great to work with. House is clean. Highly recommended! You won’t be disappointed.

Great location, family-friendly house!

Our family had a fantastic stay at the end of September. The house was so clean and spacious for adults and kids. The house came equipped with books and toys, which kept the kids occupied during rainy days. Location was perfect - easy walk to town, beaches, and restaurants. On our last day, unfortunately the ferry service was cancelled due to a hurricane but Jeanine was so understanding and helpful, letting us stay at the house after checkout while we figured out a new plan. 10/10 would recommend!

Would love to keep this place a secret!

I hesitate to give a review that's too shiny because then other people are going to book and it'll be harder for me to get in next year!! 2 families of 5 stayed here (kids ages 6-12) - could not have been a more perfect set up with 2 master suites, a queen bedroom & a room with 4 twins. Everything was clean, the host was easy & pleasant to work with, expectations were clearly communicated. We cannot wait to visit again!

Beautiful/family friendly home

We had a fabulous stay at 7 Beach Street! The house was very comfortable, beautifully furnished, with a full kitchen and plenty of space for indoor and outdoor dining. The location was perfect, just a quick walk into town and close to restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed our family vacation and recommend this house to anyone!

What a gorgeous home in a fantastic location Steps to BPG, Lola and Town. Perfect location for Stroll. Everything was just beautiful down to the last detail. Great communication too. We hope to rent again!

Awesome house close to town

We loved staying at this house! It has a fantastic location, was clean and comfortable and is extremely well stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation. There is a nice backyard area and grill. The hosts were some of the most responsive and helpful of any rental house we have stayed in. Definitely recommend booking this house!

Fantastic Beach Rental

This beautiful home fit the bill for everything we were looking for in Nantucket vacation home for our travelers who ranged in age from 16-70. Within a 5-10 minute walking radius we could access Jetties and Steps beaches, Lola's, The Nantucket Hotel, the ferry, and the downtown restaurants without a car. The house is immaculate, decorated beautifully, and is large enough that our group of 8 never felt crowded. The kitchen was well equipped with top of the line products (All Clad, Cutco knives, thermador stove) so that cooking was a pleasure. There were ample beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, fishing rods, and coolers in the shed making a trip to the beach easy. We especially liked sitting on the Adirondack chairs in the front yard people watching in the evenings and were grateful at bedtime the street was far enough out of town that there was little traffic and very quiet. Jeanine was incredibly accommodating allowing us to check in early, renting us her brand new jeep (which was parked in the driveway when we arrived), and promptly answering some questions we had during our stay (we had a cable tv glitch and she called the cable company and stayed on the call with me until the problem was resolved). We have already requested a 2 week rental next summer which tells you how much we loved our stay!

Charming house, perfect location

We had a great stay! The location is perfect -- very easy walk to town or beaches. The house is lovely, nicely updated, clean, with central a/c. The front and back yard spaces are also very nicely landscaped and maintained and enjoyable. Jeanine was very prompt and responsive with communication while we were there -- the only reason for less than 5 stars were a couple miscommunications in the booking process, but all resolved.

Wonderful Week in Nantucket

We have stayed at 7 North Beach Street several times in the past and we’ve always had a great experience. The Cort Family is continuously improving and upgrading this wonderful cozy home. It’s situated perfectly in Brant Point within a short walking distance to town, restaurants, and beaches. Jeanine is very attentive to making sure all is well during your stay, and you can tell she takes great pride in this beautiful gem of a home.

My husband and I met in Nantucket, got married here and have been enjoying vacations with our families since we were both children. We purchased our vacation home specifically in the Brant Point area of Nantucket due to the many nearby Children's activities and convenient location to Nantucket's many shops and fine restaurants. We also love the convenient walking distance to both Steamship & Hyline ferries, jeep and bike rental shops. You can stay at our vacation rental and enjoy Nantucket without needing a car!
