Beautiful property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. Can easily fit four cars in driveway. House was well equipped with beach and cooking needs, clean, and accommodating with plenty of space for our group of 11. Beach views from roof top, and screened in porch. Easy back entry access from outdoor shower so you don’t have to walk through entire house when returning from beach. Great outdoor space with back patio and fire pit. Check in and out was easy process with excellent communication.

Relaxing family getaway

We enjoyed our time in Bethany. The house was perfect for us - very organized and clean, easy to find things. You can tell the owners take pride in their home.

Great location

Great location, very close to the beach and a short walk to downtown. Bedrooms are well spaced out for privacy and plenty of bathrooms and showers. The house the was very clean and the bikes were a nice touch!

Great beach-house!

We (12 individuals, three generations of family) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was well-furnished and equipped. The location was perfect: Several blocks from the center of town, but only a block from the beach. Though we wish there were more baths, we all agreed that we would try to rent the property again in 2024.

The house was wonderful. So close to the beach! We liked how it is a bit quieter in this area of Bethany, but the boardwalk is an easy walk away. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The amenities were great - kitchen supplies were high end, plenty of beach gear, and tons of board games. We would 100% rent this house again. The only negative was the basement bedroom. It was very humid and hotter than the rest of the house. We emptied the dehumidifier every 8 hours, which helped. It was ok for teens but it might be uncomfortable for older adults.

Weekend at Bethany

We enjoyed the location which was right across from the beach entrance as well as a walk down the street to shops and restaurants. The kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed the fire pit table at night and the screened in deck as well as the rooftop deck were perfect places to sit and see the ocean while listening to the waves. The only negative was the bedroom on the bottom floor had no door, just a curtain, no closet and the elevator was accessed through there. That affected the privacy of anyone who we planned to have use that room.

This was a great location. Easy access to the beach and a short walk or trolley ride to the center of town/boardwalk. The home is spacious, with living space on three levels, a large screened in porch, a roof top deck, a generous sized outdoor shower and a fire pit area in the back. Our group throughly enjoyed our stay. My only minor complaint was the communication with the rental agency regarding what was included with the rental. Linens were not included, but we were not permitted to bring our own. Instead, we were required to rent linens from an agency. Although we only rented for three nights, we had to pay for the full week. That being said, the sheets and towels provided were excellent quality and the beds were all made before our arrival. Also, I called the rental agency to inquire about whether other items like beach chairs, paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, etc) and cleaning products (hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, etc) were included. I was told that they were uncertain, but most likely they were not, so we should bring our own, so we did. Turned out all of the above were readily available, which was great, but it would have been nice to have known so we would not have to drag all that stuff along. That aside, we loved the house and will definitely consider staying here again.

Regarding the supplies that you found at the home. Since your stay fell in the middle of the season, guests often leave purchased items behind, so they don't have to pack them up. Cars drove slowly when they did pass. Everything was as you see in the photos. Screened in porch was perfect. Only negative was the bedroom downstairs didn’t have a door, only a curtain and was a little musty. But overall, wonderful stay!
