The gated property offers beautiful ocean front views, tropical gardens, a 70+ foot huge patio with pergola and a private pool.
The secluded property is conveniently located to the airport (1 mile) and sits on the private Jimmy Hill beach. The beach is perfect for miles of walking, swimming or just lounging where seeing very few people is the norm. This majestic beach was the location for the 2013 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition that included Christy Teigen and Kate Upton.
The recently fully renovated property offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The main house features a huge family room, full kitchen with island and 4 barstools, 10-person dining table, primary bedroom with king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom, second bedroom with a queen-sized bed and shared full bath and a bunk room with a king size bed and one twin bunk.
Amenities to the property include a 70” 4k Ultra Flat Screen TV, Xbox; board games; apple TV for use with your streaming services; Blu-ray player and discs; entire house Sonos system where you can enjoy island music both inside and out; Strong wifi throughout the property in addition to CAT 5 wiring direct to the main TV and Sonos allowing for uninterrupted streaming; washer/dryer. Outside amenities include swimming pool; gas grill; (2) kayaks; (2) paddle boards; corn hole boards, hook and ring toss game; large picnic table; patio set that can seat 10 comfortably; shaded pergola; (4) chaise lounge chairs. For the beach there are umbrellas and chairs provided.
Included with the rental is a house manager that will greet you to show you the house and all amenities and will be your point of contact once on island. For an additional fee, the house manager can arrange private chefs, pre-stocking of groceries and on-site massages. They can also recommend restaurants, bars, grocery stores and excursion companies for first-time visitors.
Great Exuma is a laid-back island that doesn’t offer the hustle and bustle of other vacation destinations. There are no stop lights on the island. There are no chain restaurants. Almost all restaurants and other attractions are locally owned.
