What an amazing find! 8 of us stayed here for my husband's birthday in the city, and can't rave about it enough. It was extremely comfortable - everything from the space and lounging options, to the games in the basement, to the beds. Communication with the owner was extremely easy and we always got a fast response, and check-in/check-out was seamless. Will definitely book again!

Weekend Getaway

Bachelorette Weekend

Cary went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay at Pearson. Communication was above and beyond, and so were the hostess skills they provided us with. I couldn't recommend a stay here more. If you're considering it- book it!

Windy city send off

We hosted a bachelorette party, for our 30 small group for our bride who was moving. The location was prime, the home was perfect for a group of adults who want their own spaces and for all to be in the same main spaces, such as the kitchen. The team was amazing at communicating and giving great customer service. I highly recommend. Also, parking situation was truly a win, especially with the area being calm in such a great location.

Excellent home and host

This home is absolutely wonderful. I stayed 6 nights with my family and we had everything we needed. It is also in a walkable neighborhood with much to do and eat nearby. The beds and linens were comfortable, the kitchen is well-stocked, and the cozy fireplaces were perfect for our February stay. The games in the lower level were also lots of fun and we enjoyed playing and watching the Super Bowl on the large TV. This house has wonderful natural light and the attached garage is a huge benefit in Chicago. The host was very kind and communicative. We would love stay here again. Highly recommend!

Last minute

Me and my group had a place already booked for our weekend in Chicago. A day before check in we got notified that property had a water line break and we could not rent it. I hopped on VRBO and found Cary’s property. I messaged Cary about the property and got it booked the same day. Cary is a wonderful host and this house is perfect for staying chicago with a big group. Has plenty of kitchen utensils and dish wear. The neighborhood is very nice and there are multiple convenient stores super close to the house. Blue line CTA is also just a quick walk. There is a dive bar around the corner which is very cool and has some history. Would recommend this place to anyone who has a bigger group of friends looking for a very nice house in a good location of chicago.

Great property !

Had a great time staying at this property for Thanksgiving. Hosted my family and had some fun fire-side. Cary was great at accommodating changes in our schedule (first extending our stay, then early check-in). Would certainly recommend!

Amazing owner and location

Cary was absolutely fantastic. Checked in and helped out where they could. The property was stunning and worked perfectly for our weekend experience. Would definitely recommend, and if we have a similar trip, we would definitely have this place on the top of our list.

Cary’s home is absolutely beautiful. You almost feel like you’re not in Chicago. It exceeded our expectations, we did not want to leave! Beautiful place. Wish we could stay longer.

This was a beautiful venue. . . . better than the pictures. Check in was easy. Plenty of street parking. Very clean. Plenty of towels and linens. The outdoor deck was a plus. A lot of gathering spaces-- deck, den, basement. We will definitely try to book again should we be in Chicago.

Great home, Great location!

The house was exactly as shown and the house manager was very responsive regarding check-in procedures and any questions we had during our stay. The house layout is great for a our large group (8 women). We enjoyed the outdoor space and main sitting area for relaxing and catching up. We only stayed two nights so did not get to enjoy the game area downstairs, but it looked well maintained and fun.. too much to do and not enough time. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. The location was great! It's a side street so quiet but easy access to everything - great restaurants, Walgreens, coffee, etc. We were sad to leave!

Short weekend trip

My family and I stayed the weekend to be in the area for a family event. The house was beautiful, the perfect size for our group. The location was walking distance from where we needed to be. Great Stay

My family of 5 enjoyed our weekend stay. The space is very comfortable and spacious. My fiancé and I loved the steam shower. The neighborhood has lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The only drawback was a missing tv remote. The owner was responsive to my alert, yet the issue was never resolved.
