The living room fireplace provides cozy ambiance for movie nights on the smart TV and adds supplemental warmth through chilly nights. Make the most of bluebird days with morning coffee and apres-ski beverages on the private balcony. You'll find everything you need for easy home-cooking in the full kitchen.

This suite is perfect for ski enthusiasts, as the home is located only three miles from Sugar Mountain Ski Resort and is close to many other resorts, such as Grandfather Mountain, Rough Ridge Lookout, and Linville Caverns. If you're visiting during the warmer months or are not a skier, the area is also full of hiking trails and world-class fishing to explore. Make sure to set aside time to cruise the Blue Ridge Parkway or visit one of the vibrant mountain towns dotting the area.

Things to know
This home does not have WiFi

During any high peak time, renters have to park in the lower lots and be shuttled up to the top. Guests are allowed to load and unload at the building before parking in the lower lots if they prefer, especially during high peak times and holidays. Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, Fourth of July, Highland Games, Willy worm festival, Land of Oz. Parking up top is for owners or with approval from Sugar Top Resort. Sugar Top Resort makes these decisions based on the occupancy.
