Overall the condo was a good stay. The 3 star overall rating was due more to the lack of a working cable box & issues with the drains in the showers. I am knowledgeable with cable box systems, smart tv's, electronics etc. We knew going in there would not be any wifi (which is lacking in this day and age), but figured there were plenty of channels for the kids to watch during our stay. However, we were unable to get the tv stations to show. We did reach out with the property management company, and they did communicate back to us. We were expecting at some point for a local staff member to come and get the tv working, which never occurred.
Another issue was that both tubs had a serious drainage issue. After one shower the tubs were over half full and draining extremely slow. This made for the following shower being done while standing in calf deep water that was dirty from the previous person.
There was also a lack of checkout requirements. We were unsure if we should empty the trash cans and/or dishwasher or if we could leave those things. Would have been nice to know just to make sure we are meeting the owners requirements.
Everything else was as expected and enjoyable.
