Pool was under construction, we had specifically asked if the pool was available and were told that it was. Big disappointment. The street noise was overwhelming not sure why when doing a remodel you wouldn’t upgrade the windows to help mitigate the noise. Minimal kitchen amenities, not all utensils were there we had to purchase a spatula. The good Bonus was parking and how close it was to the international mall. Host was responsive.

Thank you for your response. I’m sorry that you thought the place was poor. When you inquired about the pool, it wasn’t under construction at the time. I did give you a huge discount because you mentioned that the dollar to Canadian currency was low. Yes, you bamboozled me here and took advantage of my kindness. And to top it off after I found out about the pool, I gave you more of a discount. I always try to be fair, even do a full refund in some cases to make sure people are paying for the right space with their hard earned money when it comes to their vacation. I want to make sure my renters are satisfied as I would want the same courtesy for myself. At the rate I gave you, I would have never rented to you if I knew you were going to trash my place. Nothing was cleaned, you trashed my place, dishes were filthy, and you left food particles all over the unit. You even pissed in my toilet brush. My cleaner was disgusted and I felt bad for her. No one should ever trust you to rent their space. Please stop being a victim and crying poor to get a lower rate! You should be ashamed of yourself at how you treat people’s space. I usually don’t respond to low reviews or comments as people are entitled to their opinions, but you sir are a scammer. You should be reported and banned from further renting.

The apartment is conveniently located in Waikiki. Jasmine’s very detailed instructions made the check-in process very smooth. One tiny recommendation is that at least two fobs are provided. We only had one during our stay which meant we had to coordinate our schedules a bit in order to access the unit.

Great host with excellent communication! The place is nice, clean and easy to get to. It's a block away from the downtown waikiki area with plenty of food and shopping options all in walking distance. The whole setup of the place is great and very comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect combo of amenities and location

We loved the location (5 minutes to the beach), included parking spot, clothes washer and dryer, and full kitchen. The condo was clean, had a great layout, and worked perfectly for our family of 3 to come home to after exploring the island for the day. Definitely recommend!

We spent 11 nights at the condo for a milestone birthday celebration and everything was excellent. Extremely happy with the amenities, very clean, fully stocked, safe and secure, 24-hour security, comfortable bed, nice neighbors. Ideal location and walking distance to the International Market Place, bakery, coffee, restaurants, shops, beaches, etc. We will definitely be renting here again. It is a prime location and has “two must have” of our stay. A parking (comes with room!!)and washer and dryer without going out the door. Plus, owner host Jasmine is very nice!

This property is VERY noisy! If you are a light sleeper you will not get much rest. The area is good for shopping and fairly close to the beaches but the building is old and the windows don't keep out the noise. In addition, the gym does not open until 8am so no working out early in the morning. Wouldn't stay there again, unless I planned on no sleep!

Perfect rental for our Hawaii vacation!

We were here for my daughter's wedding and we needed to stay somewhere central. The location was perfect! Amazing view of the mountains and the canal. Walking distance to shopping and dining. The only issue I had was the neighborhood - garbage was being collected at 4am and the noise always wake us up. Other than that, it was clean, comfortable and Jasmine was always so responsive when we have questions.

Jasmine has a great property to rent! The location is just a couple of blocks from the beach. Food of any kind was just a block away (you have to check out Liliha Bakery!). I did say easy parking, but as Jasmine told us, your car has to be pretty small, it's very tight. I would have said it was quiet, but the street next to the canal was like a race strip in the evening and very loud, but that's not Jasmine's fault. Jasmine is a super communicator, answered all my questions immediately. If and when I'm back in Waikiki I'll definitely stay here.

One of the Hidden Gem in Waikiki

Comfortable family stay! The property was ready the moment we arrived. Everything was in great order as soon as we arrived. The property is more than adequate for our family and the location was so convenient.We walked along the waters edge everywhere. It was also within walking distance in Waikiki beach. We had a few questions during our stay and Jasmine was quick to respond, Thanks again Jasmine. We highly recommend this property!

Wonderful Oasis Near Everything

My husband and I came to Oahu mainly to visit my mom, who recently moved to a memory care facility in Honolulu. This apartment was perfect in so many ways. It was clean and comfortable, in an amazing location (with some lovely views, too) - convenient to everything great in the city (food, shopping, beaches) and so close and convenient to everything on the rest of the island. The reserved parking spot that comes with the rental was crucial because we were visiting my mom and exploring the island at all different times of day and night. The space saved incredible amounts of time and money. The building felt very secure, we met some lovely people, and it had some nice amenities, too. Jasmine is a pleasure to work with and was so welcoming and helpful on our stay. We would absolutely stay here again!

Phenomenal stay!

This property felt very much like staying in a home, which was lovely while on vacation. One of the best parts of this property was actually the roof! You get panoramic views of the city, which at night, is absolutely magical! On Friday nights there's a firework show on Waikiki beach that you can see PERFECTLY from the roof top, it was so special. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, which was also very helpful. The location is spectacular and the parking space was a lifesaver. Although I loved the bed (Nectar brand), my partner had a hard time with the firmness of it. Jasmine was very helpful and communicative leading up to and during our stay. Overall, wonderful time!

The building the condo is in is great. I wouldn’t recommend this suite. The door code wasn’t changed so at 11 at night had to call property owner 6 times to get in. There was only 1 fob for door and elevator we had to keep figuring out how to get in or contact each other if we weren’t together. The room itself was great but those are 2 huge things.

Location is great for walking to the beach, restaurants and shopping.

The condo was as detailed. Jasmine was very responsive. The location to the International Marketplace was convenient for eating and walking through to the beach. The parking garage was a nice bonus. Only a few negatives - no view, construction noise from the ongoing renovation of the building located on the window side of condo/bedroom, futon was very uncomfortable, mattress was a bit too firm, no dish towels, dish rags or papertowels. We only had two bath towels. Jasmine did offer to have housekeeping bring over additional towels. We decided with the inside laundry we would make do. We felt very safe walking to everything nearby. 444 Nahua has a great security system.

Hi Lori, thank you for your feedback and review. Construction of surrounding buildings is unfortunate, but I don’t have any control of this. I do provide ear buds located in the closet to drown out unforeseen noise. The Sealy futon is brand new, apologies if it was too hard for your liking. The medium firm mattress is for my family members that have back issues as a soft mattress does not work for them. If you read the posting, it never stated ocean view - I have a canal view. As for the paper towels and dish/hand towels, I try to have these things in the condo. If it was lacking, I will make sure my house keeper doesn’t overlook this next time around. Mahalo 🙏🏽

I was very pleased with my stay and plan to book here again in the future. When I discovered that my chosen hotel had raised their prices plus the added resort fee and overnight parking fees, I decided I needed to find another place to stay. I saved over 80 a night by choosing this delightful Vrbo. The condo is as described and matches the images in the listing. Tidy, bright and clean. The building is secure, all entrances and the garage are only accessible to those staying or living there. The building staff and tenants that I met were sweet. A beautiful rooftop deck with pool, bbq areas, gym and sauna. It's a great location complete with a dedicated parking space. Jasmine responded to my messages immediately. Her directions and instructions for the condo are well written and easy to follow. My stay was for eleven days, I only regret that I was unable to stay longer. The in unit washer and dryer was a fantastic bonus as I did laundry four times during my stay. The bed was comfortable and far superior to the beds I had slept in with previous vacation rentals. The futon/sofa made lounging in the space easy. An excellent and updated kitchen with a full sized fridge. I'm sure this condo will see many repeat customers. I would recommend this space to those traveling alone, a couple, even a couple with a child. The walls are concrete so I never once heard any neighbors. It is a wonderful place to stay.

All in all, this is a great little place in a really wonderful location in Waikiki. It’s clean, well-designed, and functional, and the property manager is very responsive. The one star deduction has to do with a few things that could be improved: in the kitchen, which is already small, most of the cabinets are locked for “housekeeping.” This makes it very difficult to get to dishes, cups, and glasses, which are all crammed into one cabinet below the counter, and leaves no room to put any food away that you buy. The other issue is the futon couch - while it does fold out to a double bed, the back of the couch has a split cushion which makes half the double bed very uncomfortable. It might be fine for two small children, but not so much for two adults or grown teenagers. One should be aware that this apartment is in a noisy city with trash trucks almost every morning - highly recommended is a white noise maker or app on your phone. Not sure how any place in Waikiki gets away from the noise, so that’s not a deficiency with this particular apartment.

If you choose to rent a car, my property offers a gated garage and your own parking stall. If you choose not to rent a car, you have an option to walk everywhere, rent a bike to cruise around, or hop on the bus. If you choose to sight see, there are plenty of attractions that you can opt in for and offers several pick up locations near by. You really can't go wrong with this unit as it offers everything you need at your door step!
