The house is idyllic on the edge of the nature reserve opposite the mill in a resort. A small children's playground provides fun and variety on the premises. Through a beautiful pine forest, it's a leisurely walk to the beach in twenty minutes.

You will certainly feel very comfortable in our holiday home. You can expect a 82 m² holiday home. On the ground floor are kitchen, bathroom, living and dining area with access to the terrace. Upstairs are two bedrooms with three beds and a bathroom.

The apartment has underfloor heating.

The state-approved spa resort Trassenheide is located in the northern part of the island of Usedom. 3.9 kilometers of stone-free beach and extensive shallow water areas along the coast invite you to linger. The adjacent coastal forest attracts to walks, hikes and bike rides.

For leisure activities recommend the butterfly farm, the house in the "The world is upside down", the adventure playground or the miniature golf course.
