You’ll be minutes from iconic cultural spots like the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art and the Kemper Museum of Contemporary Art, where you can experience the creativity KC is known for. Just south of the home, on the UMKC campus, you’ll find the delightful National Museum of Toys and Miniatures. When you're ready to explore further, you're a short drive, Uber ride, or even Ride KC bike ride, from some of the city's most popular neighborhoods—Westport for vibrant nightlife and local flair, Downtown KC with the Power & Light District, and the eclectic Crossroads Arts District, filled with galleries, breweries, and unique shops.
With 30 restaurants and 17 outdoor dining venues, the Country Club Plaza offers a diverse dining landscape to busy shoppers. From Kansas City favorites like Fiorella’s Jack Stack Barbecue. Gram & Dun, and the Melting Pot, to emerging places like Parkway Social Kitchen, Rye, and Cooper's Hawk, there is something to suit every appetite and budget. Other delicious nearby eateries include Pizza 51, JJ's, True Food Kitchen, Messenger Coffee, Mission Taco Joint, and Prime Social!
Plaza Visitor Information: Plaza Customer Service (at 4750 Broadway) offers extensive Kansas City and Plaza visitor information, luxurious public restrooms, public lounge and complimentary coffee and tea.

The home is very spacious and will easily fit large groups of 8. The entire home has been remodeled to ensure guests feel right at home.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for anything—from quick breakfasts to full home-cooked meals. You’ll have access to all major appliances, plus pots, pans, dishes, silverware, and cookware for whatever you’re in the mood to make. For coffee lovers, a full coffee bar awaits with multiple brewing options, including a Keurig, drip coffee maker, French press, and pour-over. We’ve also included coffee grounds, creamer, sugar, and a selection of basic cooking spices to make your stay even more comfortable. For added convenience, a half bathroom is located just off the kitchen.
Living Room:
Cozy up on the couch and watch your favorite show on the Smart TV, where you'll have access to log into various streaming services. There is plenty of seating to accommodate the whole group!
Bedrooms:
The master bedroom has an on-suite full bath with a walk-in shower. The bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, bedside table, USB charging station, and sound machines. The second bedroom, with large windows allowing for plenty of natural light, has a queen size bed, ceiling fan, bedside table with lamps, and a USB charging station along with additional closet space to unpack! The third bedroom has a queen size bed, as well as a full size day bed, additional closet space, and a TV.
Bathrooms:
Both full bathrooms include Tommy Bahama bath products: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion. One large towel and one wash cloth will be available for each guest, as well as hand towels and dark make-up cloths for convenient make-up removal.
The exterior of the home has a nice brick patio with a table and chairs for guests to enjoy morning coffee, dinner outside, or a glass of wine and a book.
The main level offers a dining room with a table that seats 6, and a work space if guests are traveling for business. The home features high speed WIFI and a large 55" SMART TV in the living room.
The basement has a washer and dryer for guests to use for free.
Parking: private driveway available that will fit two small vehicles or one large Truck/SUV.

Park your car in the driveway and walk or take the many forms of public transportation that KC has to offer. There are plenty of options ranging from Bird scooters, to rentable bikes, to the KC streetcar, or Uber! Pick one or enjoy them all!

*IDENTITY VERIFICATION and PROPERTY INSURANCE REQUIREMENT: To help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with SafelyStay, Inc. to provide all reservations with damage protection of up to $1,500. This protection plan is $45 for all stays under 29 nights, and is included in the cost of your booking. Stays 30-59 nights will be required to pay an additional insurance premium of $305 directly on our website. Stays longer than 59 nights will be separately charged for damage protection extension at the rate of $130/30 days. Please note, guest screening is also required for any bookings made through VRBO or direct. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be contacted by Safely to complete an identity verification before your reservation date for any direct or VRBO bookings.
*MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT - Guests must be at least 25 years old to book a Cozy in KC property.
*PARTIES - All gatherings must be limited to 10, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ARE ALLOWED.
*PETS - We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 fee for one pet and $125 for two that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet, host provides dog bag stations.) This home does not have fenced yard but the neighborhood is perfect for walking! There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.
*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.
*RENTAL AGREEMENT - We require all guests to digitally sign a rental agreement outlining all house rules once booking is confirmed.
