Steps away from the boardwalk's best attractions like Playland's Castaway Cove, Golden Galleon, Congo Falls, Jilly's Arcade, the Surf Mall, Manco and Manco and more. A short walk west you will find Starbucks and other coffee shops. Bungalow Bowls, Cinco De May, Hooked on Breakfast and the other great restaurants and shops of Asbury Avenue and the downtown area.
There are up to 6 off street parking spots in total, (up to 4 (standard sized) cars can park in the garage and 2 more spots in the driveway.
The unit has an assortment of beach chairs, carts and beach toys in the garage, but the condition of these cannot be guaranteed. There is also a grill located in the garage. There is a propane tank, but can't guarantee the level of the propane. There are places close by if it needs to be refilled.
In the past three years there have been numerous upgrades done to the house. The kitchen and all 3 upstairs bathrooms, flooring and furniture (interior and exterior) bedding, hot water heater, plantation shutters to name a few. It's basically new construction now!
