🐕‍🦺 Service Dogs are welcome. Must be on leash, with Handler at all times even when leaving unit
If left unattended, local animal control may be contacted.

Important House Rules
🚫 No parties or events. There will be a $2000 fine for parties
🚭 No smoking/vaping indoors. There will be a $500 odor removal
🔇 Quiet hours: 10PM–8AM. Please respect neighbors
📄 Rental agreement + Security deposit required at time of booking. Security Deposit is a hold and will be released upon check out. May be used to charge if there are damages, excessive cleaning or unauthorized dogs. Check in may be delayed if these are not completed within 2 hours of arrival
Propane refills aren’t included, but the tank can easily be refilled at local Dollar Store or Ace Hardware

Essentials & Cleanliness
For your convenience, we provide a starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper bathroom, paper towels, soap, and trash bags to get you settled in. For extended stays, nearby stores like Walmart and Kroger make it easy to stock up on anything additional you may need.

Your comfort and experience are our top priorities. We take great pride in maintaining a clean, well-cared-for space and follow thorough cleaning and sanitizing practices between every stay. Our goal is to provide a safe, relaxing environment so you can fully enjoy your time with family and friends.

📌 Things to Know Before You Book
🌧️ Weather & Travel Insurance: Mountain weather can be unpredictable. We do not offer refunds for storms, power outages, or pipe freezes, so we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Lanterns and flashlights are provided, but we suggest bringing bottled water and non-perishable items during storm season.
🎉 Decorations: Confetti, candles and paper streamers are not permitted.
💳 Cancellation Fee: A $49.95 processing fee applies to cancellations due to credit card charges.
⏰ Check-In/Out Timing: Due to our detailed cleaning standards, we’re not always able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs.
🔥 Safety & Property Care
🔥 Please do not leave the fire pit unattended
💧 Fully extinguish the fire using the hose before going inside
♨️ Do not add soaps, oils, or chemicals (including bubble bath) to the hot tub
📹 Exterior security cameras are in place facing the driveway and deck entry for safety and when home is empty. Cameras are not always monitored when we have guests.
🚗 Steep but short driveway - no scary drop offs
❄️ 4WD/AWD is strongly recommended during winter months
🔇 Outdoor quiet hours are from 10 PM – 8 AM—please be respectful of neighbor

🌿Nature & Wildlife
Being surrounded by nature is part of the mountain experience! While we have regular pest control, you may occasionally encounter insects or wildlife.
🚪 Please keep doors closed to minimize insects
🦌 Do not approach or feed wildlife
🚗 Remove food and drinks from your vehicle, as wildlife may try to access them
