The cabin sleeps up to six guests in two king bedrooms and one queen bedroom.

HOT TUB & OUTDOOR MOVIE NIGHTS

Spend the evening on the covered lower porch, where the private hot tub and outdoor movie screen bring two favorite vacation experiences together. Settle into the movie lounge or enjoy a soak while watching a film, with string lights adding a warm glow around you.

PORCH DINING & TIME TOGETHER

The covered upper porch has an outdoor dining table and a separate seating area with string lights. Share breakfast before heading into Helen, linger over dinner, or enjoy conversation outside as the evening settles in.

SECRET GARDEN, HAMMOCK & FIRE PIT

Follow the arbor into the lighted Secret Garden tucked into the woods. Share a quiet moment in the two-person Stargazer hammock, or gather around the fire pit for stories and an evening together. Several outdoor seating areas give you a choice of places to spend time as a group or slip away with a book.

OPEN KITCHEN & INVITING INTERIOR

Cathedral ceilings, warm wood interiors, and a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace give the living area its welcoming character. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen opens to the dining and living areas, so preparing meals can be part of spending time together.

Enjoy shared meals, conversation by the fireplace, and relaxed evenings inside after a day exploring North Georgia.

This stay was incredible. There was no detail left out. We brought our dog, and the cabin had a towel so we could wipe our dogs paws. Like seriously?! So sweet! We even got caught in a snow storm in our area and the owner, Lynette, kept us updated on road conditions near the cabin and was even will in to work with switching our dates if the roads were unsafe for traveling. It’s hospitality like this to continue to set the standard for being ranked Best of Georgia!

Wonderful stay

This is our third time staying at one of Lynette’s properties, our first time at Memory Maker, it will not be our last. Her cabins are so well appointed and always very clean, I especially like the welcome sign and goodie basket. She responds quickly with any questions you may have and is very knowledgeable of the area. The location of this cabin is close to Helen and so many trailheads. Such great hiking in the area from beginners to experienced hikers. So many beautiful waterfalls too.

Great getaway!

We stayed at Memory Maker for Thanksgiving break and it was a great getaway! The cabin was tucked away in the mountain side, which offered the seclusion we wanted, but only a short drive took us to the great town of Helen. The cabin was cozy and included everything you can think of, for an amazing experience…firewood, towels/linens, games, spices, spa, flashlights, marshmallow sticks, etc. I would highly recommend this cabin.

Sobre o anfitrião

Anfitrião: Lynette Guy

Imagem do perfil do anfitrião
Hi, I’m Lynette, the owner and host of Memory Maker. I personally manage and care for this cabin with the goal of creating a stay that feels warm, easy, and well prepared from start to finish. I’m local to the area and available if needed, and I work hard to make sure guests have clear communication, a clean and comfortable space, and everything they need to relax and enjoy their trip.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

Memory Maker was created for guests who want the cabin itself to be part of the trip. Instead of being just a place to sleep between activities, this is the kind of cabin where people slow down, stay in a little longer, and end up spending more time at the property than they planned. The combination of hot tub, outdoor movie area, fire pit, hammock, multiple decks, and cozy indoor gathering spaces gives guests several different ways to relax throughout the day.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

What makes Memory Maker special is how many memorable moments are built into one stay: • private hot tub under string lights • outdoor movie lounge for cozy evenings • fire pit gathering area • stargazer hammock for morning coffee or evening unwinding • multiple decks and outdoor seating areas • indoor fireplace for cooler nights • two king bedrooms plus one queen bedroom • flat parking for multiple vehicles • smart TVs and reliable Wi-Fi • just minutes from Helen, hiking, dining, and wineries Guests often say the cabin becomes their favorite part of the trip.
