Some desert homes just make the whole trip easier — and Polo Villa 5 is exactly that kind of place. Set inside the private gated Polo Villas community, this 3,636-square-foot retreat gives groups a polished Coachella Valley base for pool days, festival weekends, golf getaways, and long evenings that move naturally from the patio to the fire pit.

Inside, the great room sets the tone with 16-foot vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, big-screen TV, Sonos surround sound, and clean modern design that keeps the space bright and open. The living, dining, and kitchen areas flow together easily, giving everyone room to gather without feeling crowded. The open-concept kitchen offers bar seating, generous prep space, and everything needed for casual breakfasts, catered dinners, or snacks between swims. Board games, a complimentary Level 2 EV charger, NFL Sunday Ticket programming through the home’s YouTube TV subscriptions, VIP concierge service, and optional add-ons like a private chef, pre-arrival fridge stocking, and mid-stay cleans help make group travel feel effortless.

The sleeping layout is built for comfort and privacy. Six bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms give families, couples, and friends room to retreat between shared plans, while two primary suites with ensuite bathrooms and large walk-in closets create extra space to unwind. The remaining four bedrooms also include ensuite bathrooms, making the home especially comfortable for groups who want privacy without losing the shared-house feel.

Step outside and the real draw takes over. The half-acre setting centers around an expansive pool and spa, with in-pool loungers, shaded umbrellas, and plenty of patio space for long afternoons outside. Play a round of bocce ball on the lawn, gather around the outdoor fire pit, fire up the BBQ at the outdoor kitchen, or settle under the covered patio for dinner as the desert evening cools down.

Polo Villas itself is one of the Coachella Valley’s most well-positioned communities, set near La Quinta with easy access to the area’s biggest warm-weather draws. The community is the closest AvantStay collection to the VIP festival entrance at Empire Polo Fields, making Coachella and Stagecoach weekends especially convenient. Golf and tennis are a major part of the surrounding lifestyle, with nearby clubs, resort courses, and Indian Wells all within easy reach. - Please note that the photos may not be exactly accurate to the furnishings of this home, but the layout and amenities are similar and comparable.
- This home allows pets for a fee. Any undisclosed pets brought in without AvantStay’s approval will result in a $500 fine per pet. Please note that the backyard gates are wide enough for a small dog to get through, so we recommend supervising pets when outdoors.
- Occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. 2 twin rollaway beds and additional linens are located in the master closet.
- All bedrooms feature an ensuite bathroom.
- Home is fully stocked with a coffee machine, coffee, laundry detergent, indoor and outdoor towels, kitchen cookware, Brita water filter, first-aid kit, hair dryers, and toiletries.
- POOL & SPA: Pool heat is available at this home at an extra cost and needs to be requested at least 48 hours before your stay. Spa Heat is complimentary for guests. Pool heat is not available between May 1st and October 1st. Our desert pools are heated to a maximum temperature of 86 degrees. Please note that we do not exceed this temperature for pool heating. If you opt for pool heat please know that pool heat and spa heat can only be run one at a time, not concurrently. During the summer months, desert temperatures are extremely high, which may cause the pool temperature to rise as well. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to control this.
- Please note that the pool sun loungers do not have cushions and we are unable to provide them upon request, we apologize for this inconvenience.
- Please be aware that during festivals like Coachella, although the Villas are within walking distance of the polo grounds, road closures and specific access points can extend the walking distance to the festival entrance to approximately 1.4 miles. While some guests choose to walk and walking is possible, we strongly recommend purchasing golf cart services for easier access.
- Please be aware of wildlife such as insects, scorpions, and snakes. Our team does their best to check the home before your arrival, but please be mindful about leaving the doors & windows open during your stay.
- A rod iron pool fence w/gate can be requested through concierge. Request requires at least one week in advance to confirm availability with local vendor. Guests should budget approximately $850, depending on pool size and logistics.
- The grass areas will be unavailable for use through the end of October while we re-seed for the winter. We apologize for the inconvenience.
- All furniture and household items must remain where placed. If you need to rearrange, please return items afterward or contact our Concierge. Unauthorized movement may result in a reset fee.

This home offers one pack n' play travel crib and one high chair. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

The concierge services are provided by a local, third-party service that the managing host is assisting to arrange and are not affiliated with the property owner. By booking any of the available add-ons, the renter understands that they are not affiliated with the property owner, and the guest/renter agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the property owner for any and all claims related to any third-party activities.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

Living room is very tall, which is nice but echoes really loud due to the tile front door squeaks and can wake people up the laundry room washing machine squeaks really loud the second master bedroom the top cover for the blinds, which is metal fell down. Almost hit my wife the outdoor Pool couches are worn really bad have holes in them and there are many ants around the pool. the property is giant the house is giant which is great overall stay was good..
