Family oriented vacation home, all the items necessary to make your vacation a wonderful experience! Pools, tennis, beach, onsite deli and bar, along with a fully equipped kitchen! All that is missing is you! Indoor pool view from the front porch. Tennis rackets and pickle ball rackets provided for you to enjoy! Beach towels are also included. This property is a non-smoking unit. No pets are allowed.

Lovely Condo. Has all the kitchen supplies you could think of. Extra towels and pillows were great. Very comfortable with a lot of space. The little extras in the condo were great. Red flashlights for walks on the beach at night, a little welcome snack basket in the kitchen and face wipes in the bathroom were available and much needed. The beach accessories in the outdoor locker were another bonus. It rained a couple times during our stay but that didn't put a damper on the visit as this property has an indoor pool, track, weight room, game room, sauna, steam room, and hot tub. There are indoor swings and games for kids. Condo is just a few steps away from the big outdoor pool with a restaurant and snack station. The restaurant also has souvenirs, and any last minute needed items for purchase. We didn't use the bike rental but a lot of people there had bikes and the bikes looked to be in good condition. The boardwalk to the beach is refreshing and there is Cocos restaurant on the beach at the end of the board walk. They have small volleyball court. Great place to take beach pictures. There is a Kroger grocery store, shops and restaurants within a mile from the condo. Great place to stay and highly recommended.

Just Perfect!

Judy was awesome. So attentive to answering all questions and very prompt at responding. Cute little place that was clean and had what we needed for a weekend getaway. Loved the beach locker and the free beach service! We had 2 units at this resort and this was definitely the better one for sure.

Great for families!

We had a wonderful time at this condo. The place was well stocked with everything we needed. It was cute and comfortable and they made a good use of the space. A beach wagon and chairs were included which was very useful, but the wagon could use an upgrade. It was very difficult to pull on the beach. That was really the only downside of our stay. We would come back for sure!

Perfect Vacation Destination a Boardwalk from the Beach

This place checked all the boxes and then some. We had ample space for 3 adults and 3 kids in this apartment style residence. Getting into and out of the complex was simple, and getting to the beach was a breeze. The home was stocked nicely with everything we needed for our stay, but the shining star was the locker of beach equipment that comes with the condo. We had access to chairs, sand castle toys, a wagon, body boards and anything else we wanted. Furthermore, as soon as we got to the beach, we were greeted with our free personal chairs and umbrella to relax on the beach. We absolutely loved our stay! If you want an easy place to stay in Hilton Head, this is the place.

The BEST condo!!!!

I cannot recommend this rental enough! Myself, my best friend, my two children, ages four and six, and another six-year-old all stayed and it was perfect! The condo was beyond clean and they even had some snacks waiting for us. The owner is super responsive and attentive. They even had a wagon, boogie boards, sand, toys, and beach chairs that we could use. if I could, I would rent this over and over again!

Pirates

Our stay at Judy’s condo was perfect. We had planned a pirate cruise for our grandchildren, which also was great, so the location was close enough to Harbor Town but out of all the traffic. We enjoy eating at Shelter Cove which is also only 5 minutes away. Condo was exactly as listed and super clean. Highly recommend.

Yearly family trip to the beach

My family has been staying at Hilton Head Resort for 25 years and we have stayed in a lot of different condos. This condo was perfect for the four of us. It was clean and the primary shower was the best shower we have ever had in any condo at the resort. Large and the water pressure and temp were perfect. Will rent again.

We enjoyed our stay...

Our view from the balcony and windows was very relaxing. The pools at the location was one of my sons favorite things. The Beach was also amazing and not too bad a walk when you travel to beach light. When supper tired from all the fun of the day. Beds were super comfy...thank you!

Quick stay

We stopped in Hilton Head on our way to visit family in another state. The location is great and so close to the beach. The condo is decorated cute and was easy to access. Communication was easy and questions were answered with a simple text. It was a great stay

Relaxing vacation space

Judy’s place was just as the pictures show. You are welcomed into a calm inviting space that has everything you need! It wasn’t cramped at all and everyone had space. The included beach chairs and umbrella rental was a really nice perk for the rental. If you need more than 2 chairs and an umbrella, there is a beach storage locker that has everything else you may need (Eg extra chairs, water toys, and beach wagon) While we had no issues, Judy was very quick and receptive to messages. I would totally rent this space again!

Clean, Comfortable Condo w/Great Host & Amenities!

Excellent, responsive and inviting host! Clean and comfortable condo for our family of 5. Easy check-in process! Beach amenities including toys, boogie board, extra chairs, and wagon means you don't need to pack for the beach - just show up! Rented chairs & umbrella waiting for you on the beach make the 10 minute trip across the boardwalk worth it! Beach was very nice and not crowded throughout our stay, Tennis rackets and Pickle Ball set were an added bonus! Three pools all very accessible from the condo. Shelter Cove shops and restaurants right across the street. Great location! Overall quality experience and value!

Beautiful condo

The condo looks exactly like the photos! Everything was clean, neat, and organized. The resort itself was very nice, a little dated, but nothing outrageous and had nothing to do with the owners. The storm knocked out the internet and Judy & her husband were very quick to assist me with resetting it. They were very kind and responsive. The walk to the beach is a little long if you’re toting little humans, lol but nothing wild. We enjoyed the pools and the on-site bar! It was very peaceful there. I would 100% recommend booking this condo!

Very family friendly

We had a blast in our short stay here. The resort was confusing at first to find out unit. There is an indoor pool very close that was really convenient and fun. The walk to the beach was about 15 minutes from the sand to our door, with a child, beach wagon (provided by owners in a locker on site, had beach chairs too), and special needs adult in tow. The kitchen was well stocked and the decor is nice and beachy. The owner was very responsive and kind. What you see in the pictures is what you get. I would recommend!! So much fun.

Great rental property

We had a wonderful time. The owners were the absolute best and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend this rental property. The unit is decorated beautifully with plenty of kitchen supplies. The beds were the most comfortable we have ever had in other VRBO rental. The only thing that I think could be improved is the overall building, which is a little dated. This has nothing to do with the owners. They were A+.

Everything was absolutely perfect and there is so much to enjoy on-site. The condo had all the conveniences of home and was very clean. Communication with Judy was seamless and she was very accommodating. We can’t wait to visit again!

We started coming to this location in the late 1990's. We bought in 2003 and have since moved here. We love that we are so close to the beach and have all of the amenities!
