Come experience beachfront living in this stunning 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom house, nestled directly on the beach. The home was crafted by my husband, the builder of The Cottages, this home boasts superior amenities above the rest.

Upon entering, you'll be greeted by natural antique pine wood flooring spanning the entirety of the spacious layout. With over 1000 sq ft more space than other units, entertain in style with a gourmet kitchen complete with custom cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, and a separate drink ice maker.

The master and guest closets are fitted with custom built-ins, while ten-foot ceilings adorned with custom woodworkings. Downstairs, find a separate family room equipped with its own TV and entertainment area, alongside a utility room with a full washer/dryer.

Retreat to the master suite featuring a king bed and a serene sitting area with a private porch overlooking the beach. Wake up to breathtaking ocean views in the guest room, furnished with a queen bed and a full bath. Additionally, two downstairs bedrooms each offer a queen and twin bed, sharing a full bathroom.

Outside, a sprawling 80x10 ft. covered porch wraps around the house, offering panoramic views of the Sea of Abaco, our pristine white sandy beach, and two pools plus a hot tub just steps away.

Our home is located directly across from the golf course and is a five minute golf cart ride from town. If needed, boat dockage is also available at a private dock just a short golf cart ride away on Windward Drive.

Paradise

Just wanted to say thank you for the opportunity to stay in your home May 23-28th. Pictures do not do even start to describe this property. Great beachfront location, spacious porches, pristine beach, and 2 swimming pools at your door step. Cash’s golf carts had 2 carts waiting for us at the house upon arrival for easy access around Treasure Cay. Would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting “Paradise”.

A Perfect Place in Paradise…

We visited this beautiful home over the Holidays with our 3 kids (8, 13, 14) our sister and good friends and didn’t want to leave! We had an incredible 3 days in what felt like our own private paradise. Robin’s home is beautiful, brand new kitchen with all the amenities you could ask for to cook and grill which we did often. Robin has all the pots, pans, dishes, utensils to make it easy for a group of 8 to dine. She also provided beach towels,and lounge chairs to enjoy the pristine white sand beach that was basically private to the few residents in the cottages and nearby. The water is the bluest any of us have seen which all makes for a stunning backdrop. We loved having the pool and hot tub to enjoy when the sun went down and anytime a beach break was needed. We watched the sunrise every morning and ate breakfast on the gorgeous wrap around porch that had ample seating for all of us, including a big round table that also allowed for card games, lunch and happy hour outside. We took long walks on the beach, swam and played for hours. It truly was the perfect destination for our family. Robin was an amazing host, so easy to communicate with, seamless check in and responded quickly to any questions / inquiries. She also provided a detailed list of things to do and places to see with phone numbers. Our family made some special memories here and are already talking about when we can visit again. If you’re looking to escape to a gorgeous home in Paradise, look no further!

This location and Robin as a host were excellent. I could not have asked for better place to bring my family and the descriptions and details she provided about local activities and restaurants were all absolutely fantastic!! Can’t wait to go back !!!

Luxury in Paradise

Very well appointed home right on the beach. Set up very nicely for a group of friends or family. Sit on the porch and enjoy the view or the beach is just a few steps away. Pool was great. We flew into Marsh Harbor and drove the 40 minutes to the home (I drive a bit slower when driving on the left so may not take others as long) but Treasure Cay airport is very close as is the Green Turtle Cay Ferry. Close to grocery store and restaurants. Thank you for letting us use your beautiful home for a great vacation with friends. Will visit again.

Great house in a great location, private and well appointed.

The house is everything you need to relax in the Bahamas. Wonderful porch to relax in the warm sea air without baking in the sun. Steps to the most beautiful beach. The house comfortably handled three couples. Nice kitchen - we cooked in several nights. Robin is a great host, sharing a ton of information and tips on how to get the most out of your trip.

Enjoying the Holidays in the Bahamas

We enjoyed our week in Treasure Cay with the house being right on the ocean and the two pools. The home was just right for our family of three separate family units. The downstairs TV room was perfect for the younger members to watch their shows while we relaxed upstairs with the balcony and the views. Would love to be back there right now!!!

Absolutely beautiful house with beautiful views!!

Can't say enough great things about this place. Robin is a delightful host and does a really great job in answering questions and guiding you about the area. The house is very well stocked, extremely clean, with many amenities. The wrap around porch is so perfect whether you want to sit and look at the beach or check out the pool. Perfect to eat outside or watch the sunrise with a cup of Joe. The open floorplan is great, kitchen is very good size, and there are a lot of little details like the closets, drawers, etc that are just great if you're staying for an extended period of time. The location on the beach is AMAZING. You're just a few steps away from the waterline and the views are truly great. We rented a boat one day from the marina and just pulled right up to the house to load our stuff!! The neighborhood is slightly outside of the heart of the Treasure Cay area. So if you want to go into town much, you'll need a car (which we had and worked fine) or a golf cart. I would recommending having one of these. We also walked it a couple of times (via beach access) and that's a little shorter than the street side. It was less than a mile and its nice to be close to some of the things there like the grocery store and marina. Net Net - book it. You won't regret it one bit! Just make sure you leave an open week for me - we're coming back!! :-)

Absolutely amazing! Phenomenal property, incredible views.

Everything was just perfect at #10 The Cottages. Robin provided so much helpful information before we even arrived. The house is stunning, right on the most beautiful powder soft white sand beach. House is lacking nothing, the only problem is having to leave at the end of the holiday. We will be back.

Fantastic!

This cottage was superlative in every respect. We have rented in TC before, and can say that all our expectations were exceeded here at #10! The cottage is part of a tiny community, but it still felt very private and quiet; like we owned the beautiful beach! This unit has a great porch with comfortable furniture throughout which was a big plus. It even has a hammock on a private lawn overlooking the oceanscape. The owners and property manager were extremely easy to work with and very helpful when we needed them-going the extra mile in every respect. You will not be disappointed.

Paradise for 5 girls

This is by far the most beautiful rental we have stayed in in the 17 years we have been doing this. Every amenity has been provided for us and the decorating is supreme. We could not be happier and we will probably just say, keep the deposit, we will be back next year......

Wonderful Holiday destination

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful stay on Treasure Cay. The villa was fantastic and offered perfect views and access to the beach. Locals were friendly and we enjoyed a few excursions.

We loved this house! We stayed for 9 nights. The house is well designed for a large family. The property is well maintained. The property owner gave us lots of suggestions and insider tips on planneing the best trip for us. The property managers were eager to answer any questions and readily available help. The beach is simply out the front door, so the location was perfect for this beach loving family of 6.The town/marina area of Treasure Cay is a bit of a downer lacking character or authentic Bahamian style.

Excellent Experience

I have stayed in the Abacos several times over the past 10 years, and while most of the prior accommodations have been OK to good, none compared to our recent stay at the Cottages. Everything about the house was outstanding. A beautiful home, located on a gorgeous beach. We will definitely be making many return trips.

Our family (10 in all) stayed in this wonderful home! We had an excellent time and were amazed at all the space we had! The beach speaks for itself, but the home was immaculate and so comfortable....we loved cooking in the kitchen and "hanging out" on the porch when not on the beach! The owner's were so helpful and created an ideal spot for our family to reconnect and celebrate our son's 30th birthday, which is on Christmas Day! Thank you and may our Lord richly bless you!!

The Cottages in Treasure Cay...A large piece of heaven....

Two moms, two kids, and two grandmas had a wonderful time at this facility last February. The house is awesome, the neighbors are great, and the people of Treasure Cay make this vacation destination a favorite for all who come. We had a blast exploring the area with our golf cart. The home comes with air conditioning, but from the moment we got there, the windows were open with the beautiful breezes coming in. Treasure Cay and The Cottages is truly a spectacular place! Rent this facility without any after thoughts!

We fell in love with Treasure Cay 38 years ago and have come back every year since. National Geographic rated this beach as one of the top 10 beaches in the world and this is definitely justified. The water is crystal clear, the reefs are spectacular and the fishing is plentiful. You can see Green Turtle and Guana Cay from our house and Hope Town with it's classic red and white historical lighthouse is close by. You can also take a cab to Marsh Harbor. All these places have delightful shops and restaurants.

You will feel like you own the beach, most of the time you will be the only one there! For solitude and relaxation there is no better place!
The island has several restaurants as well as delivery for take out. Boats and golf cart rentals are available though an advance reservation can never hurt.The Albury Ferry will take you to Green Turtle Cay. You can also taxi to Marsh Harbour and the ferry goes to Hope Town from there.
