Located in the gated Sunchase IV complex, this 2 bed/2.5 bath condo is just a 3-minute walk from the beach! The Sunchase IV complex is amenity-rich, featuring two pools and hot tubs, children's pools, a 2nd-floor library, 2 BBQ areas with charcoal and gas pits, a fitness center, and a 7th-floor sundeck. This two-story condo is the perfect vacation spot!

This condo is well furnished and features several updates. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide guests with stunning views from the kitchen and living room. The balcony provides guests with a great spot to hangout and soak in the views. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The Master bedroom is equipped with a King size bed, flat screen TV, and full bathroom. The second bedroom is equipped with two Queen beds, and also has a flat screen TV and full bathroom. The main living area is sleekly decorated and entails plenty of room to spread out and unwind after a day at the beach. Kick back on the couch and enjoy entertainment on the large flat screen TV! Adjacent to the living area is a fantastic open concept kitchen. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with all pots, pans, and utensils you may need to prepare a fantastic meal.

The Sunchase IV complex offers private beach access and great amenities for all guests! This condo features its own private wifi network not shared with other units. Sunchase IV #528 is sure to please, so book today!

Each reservation is provided with a STARTER KIT of essentials ONLY (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee & filters, olive oil, and salt & pepper). Depending on the number of guests in your party and/or the length of your stay, these may not last for the duration of your reservation and you may need to purchase additional items on your own. Please also note that the following items are not universally provided or guaranteed to be in the home, and therefore, we recommend that you bring these items if required to make your stay more enjoyable: condiments and spices, cleaning wipes, bottled water, hair dryer, ice & cooler, beach towels, beach chairs, toys, floats, sun lotion/sun block, extra blankets and pillows, pack-n-play, high chair, stroller, baby gates, and/or first aid kit.

Everything we needed for a relaxing getaway

We had a wonderful experience staying at the condo! The unit was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The view was stunning, and the location made it easy to enjoy the beach, restaurants, and nearby activities.

Disappointed

The hallway in main building had odor in order to get to condo. This condo was not accommodating for a disabled individual since kitchen was located upstairs. The bedroom windows were overlooking the air conditioners.

Thank you for renting us the condo. We have rented different properties through you in the past. Everything was fine. I'm just going to leave some comments that would have enhanced our stay. This condo was not as well stocked as previous condos that we have rented from you. The kitchen had no pizza cutter, or pizza pan. It had no large mixing bowls. For eating popcorn. Or things like that.It had no clips for closing bags, such as chips, etc. The laundry was on the upper floor. The bedrooms and full bathrooms were on the lower floor . Yet this condo was not furnished with any laundry baskets. There was no stepping stool anywhere. So the king bed was so high we ended up sleeping in the other bedrooms. Since we couldn't get in it. And there was no stepping stool in the kitchen for reaching the higher cabinets. there was no full length mirror. Also absolutely no blankets. So we had to go back and ask for them. And someone did very quickly and graciously bring them to our condo. But the week we stayed was a very cold week. And for laying watching TV, we had no blankets before they brought them. The bed had a sheet and one bedspread. No extra blankets anywhere in the condo. Which we felt that was a big missing item. It also would've been helpful. Had they left at least one beach chair. Two would've been great. The one that they left that was in the closet was broken.Thank you.

Great place, great rental agency

We were so excited to come back to the Sunchase. It is a great building. The condo was newly renovated, bathrooms and kitchen were well done. Everything you need. We had a few issues during our six week stay, SPI Rentals were there quickly and resolved our issues. Thank you for a great stay.

Great location

This condo has a great location. There are a few items needed (serving bowls, pie/cake pans, pizza pan, hair dryer(s), etc.) We would give a higher star rating if dressers in the bedrooms were available.

Looking forward staying again!

Had a great stay! The ocean view, the updated condo, the proximity to the beach/pool, all won us over! Check in was easy. No issues while at condo and was better than expected. Plan on checkin being at 4pm, as listed. We had false hope of getting in early and our milk turned into sour cream during our 2 hour wait after getting groceries at 2pm. Here are pros and cons, but pros definitely outweigh the cons! You’ll enjoy this property! Would stay again! Pros: Enjoyed the amazing ocean view. Beautiful updated decor. VERY CLEAN! Also-Has multiple brooms to sweep after yourselves. Huge floor to ceiling windows for an amazing view and nice blinds to close (if needed) Stocked kitchen/bathrooms with plenty of paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap TP, dish soap for 4 days. Needed to use a few extra dishwasher pods and our laundry detergent/softener. Had some food storage containers. Bring seasonings & coffee filters. Nice pots/pans/etc. Decent knives. Easy walk to beach - bring beach towels! Nice WARM heated pool with a HOT tub Plenty of outdoor extras including a beach chair/umbrella/small popup cabana, sand toys & tennis racquets/balls Beds/bedding was very comfortable with good pillow options Spacious showers with good pressure. Nice outdoor grills by pool to use, if needed Extra fridge in living room was helpful Shared library on 2nd floor had great options for all ages. Great kids section plus a nice puzzle library Air conditioning worked well when needed! Free wifi access (little spotty at times) and some cable(less) TV/streaming options Nice washer/dryer combo! Worked great! Dishwasher worked great! Cons: Rear (bedroom) balcony-only view of backside of hotel next door. No sunset views. No ice trays or ice maker. No ice machine in building. Big downfall! Had to get creative. No electrical outlets at pool area. Could not work there while family was in pool. Split level floor plan made for carrying groceries/laundry upstairs Patio table is rusted and hard to use with curling/peeling paint Wi-fi in condo was hit or miss at times. H2O was never very cold and with no ice was not easily cooled H2O also had less than desirable taste but found RO water in 2nd floor library that we used for filling our water bottles No board games/cards/dice to use if rainy - puzzle/library on 2nd floor is an option No end tables on sides of all beds. Again, had to get creative. As you can see, all cons are very nit-picky and are greatly outweighed by pros! Stay here!

Great location

I was delighted with not only the property and the location but especially the condo. The pictures do not show how stunning the condo really is. It appears it’s been upgraded very recently. Each room received a very nice upgrade. The main bedroom appeared to have a California king bed it sleeps very well. The second bedroom had two queen or full-size beds. This is a two-story condo with a very nice large, outdoor patio and stunning ocean view. this is a two-story condo with a charming sizeable outdoor patio and a stunning ocean view. Excellent

We definitely had an awesome time in this condo. SPI Rentals was incredible and Check-in was very smooth! I did not know where to start looking and a friend recommended them to me and the service was excellent! The reservation agent was so helpful. The condo is amazing & Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was super convenient & also it's own balcony! The living space was very large, and everything was comfortable. The kitchen was open concept and was great & definitely loved the view from the living because it was directly to the beach!!❤️ They also have 2 grills close to the pool area which also was a plus! There was also a lighted pathway to the beach. We definitely enjoyed everything in this condo! Highly recommend SPI Rentals and will also stay here again in the future!

Perfect getaway spot

We loved our stay. The condo is sleek and modern and has almost everything you need. The walk to the beach is quick and when you get back after a day of sunning or sightseeing, it's like coming home. No complaints, although nightstands would be a helpful addition. We had to get creative with our CPAP machines. We would definitely stay at this unit again.
