Inn at Pinnacle Mountain is a four season rental property has many amenities and an incredible view. The home has 3 Master Suites. One suite has a king bed a jetted tub and granite sinks, along with a gas fireplace and private deck. The other two suites each have a queen bed and all three have their own private full bath. The 4th bedroom has a Queen and 2 Full beds and the 5th bedrooms has a King and 2 Full beds. All of the bedrooms have flat screen TVs and Direct TV.

A heated glass atrium encloses a heated indoor pool and spa with spectacular views.

The Family room has a bar and large screen smart TV. The Living room has a ample seating with 2 leather couches, the perfect place to gather and talk about your day on the mounain.

The Kitchen is updated gourmet w/stainless steel appliances, 2 refrigerators, 2 ovens, a six burner propane stove, dishwasher, and 2 sinks. The Breakfast room and dining room can sit 16 guests comfortably.

This rental has everything your need to host a gourmet feast for Thanksgiving or Christmas.

The front porch has panoramic views of the mountains, including Mt. Washington in NH, Sunday River, Shawnee Mountain, and has seating for all.

The large outside bar includes a sink, gas grill, and 2 refrigerators, and outdoor Bose speakers. There is also a very large farmers table large enough for all/

Enjoy the sunset in the evening and sitting around the fire pit on the deck. Hike the many groomed trails around the property and enjoy the hot tub after.

In the winter, snowshoe in the meadow and trails, xcountry ski, ski at nearby ski resorts, snowmobile on the trails right off the property, frequent local shops in Bethel, and enjoy Apre Ski Bars and Restaurants.

Nice, very secluded property. Perfect for a family of 10-12 people. A swimming pool with warm water is a big plus. The pool is smaller than we expected but a lot of fun for kids.

Amazing Views!

Awesome place on top of Pinnacle Mtn. Stunning views, spacious. Big deck. Pool and hot tub in solarium was very nice. Would be a great wedding venue!

Top of the world

Beautiful property with the added benefit of indoor pool and hot tub. Plenty of room for the family to stretch out, and then come together in the cozy kitchen with a warm, inviting hearth.

A wonderful time was had by all

We couldn't have picked a better place for our family to help us celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. The view was out of this world, the accommodation for all 13 of us was a perfect fit. Mary had the home all decorated in Christmas decor and it was absolutely beautiful. Thank you so much John and Mary!

Perfect Stay

Check in, communication, and perfect listing. This house looks amazing in photos, but then you arrive and your expectations get blown out of the water. The house has perfect views, ample space, it’s clean, and has a beautiful pool! Could not have been more perfect. The communication with the property owner made the stay so easy and I didn’t have to worry about a single thing for the whole trip. A must stay!

I've rented a lot of homes through HomeAway before and this has to be one of the best. The house is huge and perfect a large group of adults. We had an absolute blast cooking in the enormous kitchen, hanging out in the hot tub and enjoying the view from the front porch. I slept in one of the smaller rooms on the third floor and the bed was SO comfortable. The mattress, linens and pillow were all top quality (which isn't always the case with home rentals). I would rent this home again in a heartbeat. Thanks for such a great stay Mary - your hospitality was greatly appreciated by our entire group!

Majestic Beauty

What an incredible place. From the cleanliness, to the high end bed sheets, and very comfortable beds, to the small details, the owners have thought of everything to make your stay perfect. And as wonderful as the owners have made everything, nothing compares to the views and sunsets. I compare the majesty to that of the Grand Canyon….pictures can’t do it justice. You have to see it with your own eyes. Thank you John & Mary for sharing this amazing home that you take such obvious pride in - you helped make my vacation week one I will remember always!

Wonderful house on top of a mountain

This property has amazing views! House was clean and had all essentials needed. Plenty of room for kids and families Outdoor patio was beautiful with amazing views and had plenty of space to lounge around. The kitchen has a fridge and a mini fridge along with 2 sinks and 2 ovens which make it easy to make dinners for a crowd. The owner was very responsive and informative. He kept in communication with me throughout the stay. Plenty of space for parking for multiple cars. The master bedroom was very spacious and luxurious. I would definitely come back for another stay!

Stunning views — tranquil setting

We had a lovely stay, over a long weekend. The house is nestled between hills and mountains and provides a heavenly environs — very, very peaceful. The house had generous accommodation — we are a family of 5, but we could have easily shared with another family (lots of room). The house is several miles away (at least 5) from the local town, so a car is an absolute must. If I was being picky, I’d suggest that the “Inn” might be improved (for families) if it had a pool table … and / or a table tennis table (the latter would be a reasonably inexpensive addition). There is so much space — it’s a fun house, which would benefit from a few extra games (for rainy days). Other than that … super spot.

An Experience of a Lifetime

Recently we rented out the Inn at Pinnacle Mountain for 2 weeks. We invited our friends from around the country to join us in a celebration of our 50th birthdays. We had never visited the inn and made the deposit based on website photos and online reviews. It turned out to be a great decision. Simply put, we had a fantastic time and the memories will stay with us for the rest of our lives. The inn is more than advertised. The outside is spectacular with breathtaking views and a ton of amenities including state of the art bar, outside range top and propane grill. If that is not enough, there is a propane fire-pit which is perfect for roasting marshmallows and keeping warm on the cool nights. The interior is equally impressive and inviting. Huge state of the art kitchen, beautiful crafted bedrooms and inviting sitting areas. In addition, there is a lovely small indoor pool and a huge hot tub. We had intended on doing lots of stuff in the surrounding area but we were transfixed by the views and found ourselves sitting outside reading, drinking, singing, eating and laughing with friends. That is not to say there are not things to do in the area (golf, hike, boating, kayaking, etc) but it will be the quiet moments sitting in an adirondack chair watching the sun set below the majestic mountains which will stay with us for years to come. No review of the inn would be complete without commenting on John and Mary (the Innkeepers). Funny, kind, thoughtful and considerate are just a few adjectives which immediately come to mind. They truly love what they do and it shows in every detail of the inn. My wife and I have had the privilege of visiting many B and B's in the northeast; this would clearly be at the top of our list. We would recommend it be on the top of your list too.

50th Anniversary gathering success

The Inn at Pinnacle Mountain is a beautiful property. There were 13 of us celebrating our 50th anniversary and there was plenty of room for all. Mary and John made us feel welcome and were so helpful.

Phenomenal Experience

The views are breathtaking. The property allowed for some really fun cross-country skiing with the whole family. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all of us. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was great to cook in. Hosts are very much professionals and take the business seriously while also providing a warm and personable experience. We will be coming back!

Excellent view, excellent host!

We were a mid sized group for a 30th birthday party. We absolutely loved the house. The only issue, and I don't know if I'd even call it that, was the host lived on the the property above the garage. Had we known that we wouldn't have booked as we value our privacy heavily, but that would have been a mistake. The host met us in the morning to explain some house rules, and were extremely pleasant. Explained our volume wouldn't be an issue at all and we wouldn't see them at all throughout the stay. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and very well may be back next year if there is interest in the group! Thank you so much!

This house is absolutely amazing! The pictures do not do it justice. The view is breathtaking and Mary and John were quick to assist with anything during our stay. The kids loved the pool, our family of 14 enjoyed our stay.

This vacation rental is outstanding! A beautiful property inside and out with gorgeous stunning views of the mountains. The indoor pool was a hit for the kids and the adults. The interior is beautifully decorated. I highly recommend this property and will be coming back.

Up in the air

Fantastic home with stunning location. No ground floor full or 1/2 bathroom which is not a deal breaker if you are a close group and there are two small bathrooms on ground level Sleeps 14 comfortably 2 additional with blow ups. Owners obviously care about the home and those who use it. Our family enjoyed our stay despite rainy weather. Thank you to our hosts

Beautiful home

We rented this property for labor day weekend and we had a wonderful time. The views are amazing! We spent most of our time at the outdoor BBQ area and the indoor pool/jacuzzi.

The Best Family Getaway, Ever!

The best family getaway, ever! We absolutely enjoyed our time on this property - Summer 2018. Other than a trip to the grocery store, there was no need to leave this property. The house is beautiful and clean. The layout and space were perfect for our group of 15 (ages ranged from 3 - 70). It had everything we needed. This was a wonderful retreat to celebrate our Dad's 70th birthday. The views are breathtaking. The owners are very friendly, gracious and helpful. They were available when we needed them, and responded right away to our requests. The memories from this trip are priceless. We would love to return to do it all over again! - Karen

At the Top of the World Place!

As soon as we arrived we were oewd by the views. It felt as if we were at the top of the world! The property was amazing and the greens well groomed. Our purpose was to retreat from everyday life with yoga, meditation, and massages. It was a perfect location for our purpose. We did yoga to the rising sun out on the deck! The interior was pleasant and provided just enough space for all our large group activities. The hot tub and swimming pool were great additional luxuries. The only downfall were the hiking trails, which were very short. It created an issue because it was supposed to be part of our activities. The 2 of the 16 beds were blow up mattresses! Also the 2 rooms located on the 3 level and housed the most people (10 people) had no bathrooms. The occupants had to go down to the first level to use the toilet. The 3 other bathrooms had showers but were attached to bedrooms. Regardless of these little glitches we enjoyed our stay tremendously.

The sun is shining, a cool breeze sweeping across your face, leaves fluttering on the trees, hawks and eagles riding the wind currents from the valley below.

Picture snow capped Mount Washington in the winter welcoming you every day.

Imagine that, plus all the amenities you could possibly want – including a heated Atrium with a in-ground pool and hot tub that allows you to enjoy the view and sunset without the outside elements in the winter!

Enjoy Starlink high speed WiFi and Directy TV. Enjoy an intimate private bar overlooking the pool with large smart TV and hot tub with spectacular views.

The home sits on 52 private acres, some which are wooded with private trails, some that are open meadows leading to the large spring fed pond. Imagine relaxing on the dock at the pond enjoying the views.

During the winter season put on your snow shoes and take a walk during a full moon into the meadow and get lost in the galaxy of stars that explode overhead. Cross Country Skiers can silently glide through the trails allowing you the opportunity to see the abundant wild life.

For the more adventurous, snowmobile the trails that cross the Inn property and connect to the State trails.

All of this in one place. It may be hard for you to pull yourself away from our views and amenities, however, there are a multitude of activities in the area for all four seasons that you will enjoy.

Welcome to the Inn at Pinnacle Mountain, a four season luxury Inn turned rental property and wedding venue. The Inn is located in the Foot hills of Western Maine, and has 52 private acres of wooded and open land. The vistas are breathtakingly beautiful of the presidential mountain range, which includes the Western Maine Mountains and the White Mountains of New Hampshire. Mount Washington is visible from most rooms in the home. We are a short distance from Mt. Abraham and Sunday River ski area's.. The casino in Oxford is about 30 minutes to the south. We are less than 30 minutes to the Appalachian Trail.
