Welcome to 3Palms and enjoy the quiet east-end of PCB. We are close to some of the best local attractions and restaurants the area has to offer! Come and relax in this open concept, vaulted ceiling home that is has plenty of space for the family! Plus enjoy your own private backyard retreat with firepit and outdoor lighting. Every bedroom has double door access to the outdoors and extra-large smart TVs. We have super fast ATT fiber internet for multiple devices and remote working. Parking for 5-6 cars, a boat or RV. We also have a 30amp outlet for your RV. Close to St. Andrews State Park, free Dolphin boat ramp, marinas and Lagoon. Great restaurants minutes away such as The Grand Marlin, Schooner's, Captain Anderson's, J Michael's, Dat Cajun Place just to name a few. Fun entertainment for the whole family nearby.

We had a wonderful stay for the week! The property was super close to public beach access locations. Our fur babies loved the fenced in back yard and giant sandbox! My son practiced chipping also in the giant sandbox. The home was extremely clean and had great extras for us to borrow at the beach. The owners were very kind and helpful. I would recommend staying at this property to family and friends.

This was the perfect vacation house! It was clean and roomy, equipped with absolutely everything we needed, and the back yard was incredible! Natalie was wonderful about communicating from the time we booked the property (4 months ahead of time) clear through checkout, not only related to the rental but also with many recommendations for activities during our stay. The location was wonderful, well within walking distance to the beach and Schooners. I would absolutely stay here again!

Family vacation

We stayed here 7 nights, the house was clean! I also liked it was pet friendly with no weight limit on pets. My dogs are large so this was very helpful. We also loved being able to walk to the beach. The owners were very helpful in giving ideas of things to do. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Family Trip!

Property was roomy and clean. The beach items were awesome for the family to use. Beach chairs, umbrellas and cart were all used by our group. The yard was fantastic for our dog, he loved it! Close to the beach but far enough away from all the noise of Spring Break. Neighborhood was very quiet.

Best Beach House Experience

We loved our stay! The host was super tentative and helpful. The place was super well kept and made staying there such a pleasure. It’s honestly pretty close to beach access which was a plus. Cannot recommend this place enough!! Super grateful!

The previous reviews are all true, this place was excellent. Every room was extremely spacious and everything we needed was there. No detail overlooked. Hands down the best VRBO rental we’ve ever done. Would recommend to everyone we know!

Family Vacation

The house was better than the pictures. Everything was updated and modern. Within walking distance to a beach access. The backyard area was beautiful and the children enjoyed playing with the games. Will definitely stay again!

Vacation spot

Property owner was very friendly and responsive when I had a question. The house and the space is exactly as it says on listing. Very quiet area for our family! Also very efficient, we didn't need to overpack because everything was there. We definitely would stay there again because even the grandbabies loved it!!

Nice house - close to everything!

We stayed for two weeks at this lovely home. It was clean and well-stocked. The back yard is great and the home is a very close walk to the beach. There were several restaurants close by that we could walk to. The owners are very responsive and want to ensure that you have a nice visit. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Panama City Beach.

Fun Fall Sports Getaway

Traveled to PCB for the second year for football tournament. The location of the house was a short walk to the beach and Schooner’s beach bar. Lots of other great options for entertainment and food. House was nicely decorated with lots of essentials included. A bathroom for every bedroom was a nice plus. Backyard was great for playing and firepitting. It felt like you were at the beach right on the backyard. Quiet neighborhood!on

Great home close to fishing

This home is exactly as described, extremely clean, and all the amenities are new. We had a great time. The owner is awesome. The responses to my emails were quick and she made sure i got the home booked for the dates I wanted. This location is 5 minutes from the marina where we went deep sea fishing. I will absolutely be staying here again.

Great place!

The house, property and location were great! The host was also communicated every detail with me and was great. The only recommendation that I would sshave is to add a few of the smaller necessities. For example, there was only 1 trash bag, no dish soap or sponge, no bath soap (even the little hotel bars would be good). Our stay overall was very good and would stay here again!

Awesome rental!

From communicating before the stay and the amenities at the property, our stay could not have been better. Even with the cold snap, we enjoyed the fire pit and outside games. The beds were super comfy and the house was very roomy. We did not feel like we were on top of each other. We will definitely recommend 3palms to others and look forward to staying here again.

Great location and adorable house!

Our family enjoyed our stay so much and would definitely come back! The location being closer to Panama city was less busy on the beach which we wanted. All the rooms were large and we had extra beds if more family was staying. The house was clean and had everything we needed during our stay. The backyard gave us options to stay home and relax on lounge chairs or have a fire in the evening. We had colder weather with a random cold front so the fire pit area we used almost every night. Natalie was great to work with and we had no issues. Cute house for a vaca!

Memorable Vacation

An unforgettable vacation. The place was super clean when we arrived. The living area and kitchen are perfect for spending quality time together as a family. Our girls and dogs all LOVED the backyard. Even in the chilly morning and evening temperatures, our girls did not want to leave the sand pit. Natalie was very helpful and responsive. We are so grateful for the opportunity to spend time together, including our pups. We will definitely be back!

Amazing … just AMAZING

First of all Natalie is the best! From start to finish! She guided us to the best spots was always available when I messaged her and I now consider her a friend! Now about the house… simply beautiful! Not all cheesy beach deco… very tasteful! The beds are so comfy! The outdoor space is to die for. Each bedroom has their own bathroom and deck area… all bedrooms are very nice sized. From the outside it doesn’t look that big… but once inside you’ll be amazed ! The walk to public beach access was less than 7 mins. Wagon, umbrellas, chairs all available. We simply couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing vacation. The area is not over populated with tourists… it was quiet and peaceful! Can’t wait to go back and will def be staying in one of Natalie’s houses! Hope whoever is reading this knows this house is a 10/10! Don’t hesitate on booking ! You won’t regret it!

Nothing short of fantastic!!

From the moment we walked through the door, it felt like we had stepped into our own cozy haven. One of the standout features of this rental was the incredibly well-equipped kitchen. It had everything we could possibly need, from dinnerware and cookware to a variety of utensils, cutting boards, and accessories. This kitchen has you covered. The bedrooms were not only comfortable but also tastefully decorated, providing a welcoming ambiance. There was ample space to move around, making it feel more like a home than a temporary accommodation. It's clear that the hosts have put thought and effort into creating an environment that caters to the comfort of their guests. Another highlight, an easy stroll took us to the nearby beach, offering a convenient option for those looking to enjoy the sun and surf. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance, making it a breeze to explore local dining options. Whether you choose to dine in or venture out, the location provides a perfect blend of tranquility and accessibility. The back yard – a true paradise for our furry friends. As a dog owner with an escape artist for a pet, I was initially concerned. However, the high and secure privacy fence put all worries to rest. Our pups had a blast in the spacious and safe backyard. The communication with the hosts was exceptional. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist made our stay even more memorable.

We love the area, so we decided to invest here! We have spent much time here making this home comfortable and family friendly, pets included. We fell in love with the East Side of PCB - being near St. Andrews State Park was a must for our family who loves to go to Shell Island and snorkel the park. Great restaurants in walking distance.
