Thank you so much for your kind words about the house — we’re so glad you enjoyed your stay! We truly appreciate the feedback regarding the freezer. We understand how important that is during a vacation, and we’re very sorry it wasn’t working properly during your visit. Thank you so much for your absolutely wonderful 5-star review! We're thrilled to hear that our home provided the perfect magical vacation for your family's Disney trip. It brings us immense joy to know that you enjoyed the beautiful pool and patio, the upper balcony, the themed Disney rooms, and especially the game/arcade room. Thank you for choosing our house for your stay and for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We're delighted to hear that our property was well-suited for your group of 9 boys, offering amenities such as the bunk room, pool, and game room. We're also pleased to know that you enjoyed the resort amenities. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the delay in getting the pool heater to work. However, we're glad that our team promptly resolved the issue and only charged you once it was fully functional. Your understanding and patience are greatly appreciated. We appreciate your suggestion regarding the plates and glasses. Ensuring that all items in the kitchen are dishwasher and microwave safe is an important detail that we take seriously. We will review and update our inventory to guarantee that all plates and glasses meet the necessary standards. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, as your feedback helps us improve the overall experience for our guests. We hope to have the pleasure of hosting you again in the future, should your travels bring you back to the area. Florida Premier Rentals

Dear Spencer, Thank you for your feedback. I am so glad to hear you and your family had a great stay at the home. Pool and spa heat is an additional cost, and it works from the same heating system, So you can't have one without the other. This would have been on the listing when booked and emailed. Thank you for letting me know about the pool light, this has now been fixed. Thanks for being an excellent guest and I look forward to having you and your family visit again in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly value our guests and would like to clarify a few important points for future travelers. Due to an unexpected maintenance issue that arose shortly before arrival, we proactively relocated your reservation to ensure you and your family were accommodated without disruption during the busy Christmas period. While these situations are rare, guest safety and comfort are always our top priority. We were glad to be able to offer an alternative property nearby along with a partial refund, rather than risk your stay being canceled altogether. Regarding location: for security and privacy reasons, VRBO listings display a general area rather than an exact address. This is standard practice. Once a booking is confirmed, we provide full location details. Concerning the spa, we were only informed of this issue on the morning of checkout. Had we been notified earlier, we would have immediately addressed it, as we always aim to resolve concerns as quickly as possible during a guest’s stay. We regret that this experience did not fully meet your expectations, especially during a holiday vacation, and we appreciate your understanding in working with us during an unexpected situation. Your feedback helps us continue improving, and we wish you and your family all the best on your future travels

Thank you for taking the time to leave a rating. While we’re glad you chose to stay with us, we always aim for a 5-star experience and would love to know how we could have made your stay even better. If there's anything you’d like to share or any suggestions you have, we’d truly appreciate the feedback—it helps us continue improving for all our guests. We hope to have the chance to welcome you back in the future!
