Totally upgraded townhouse with a large enclosed sun porch, perfect extra space to spread out. Property offers WiFi and Firestick for Streaming. Both bedrooms are located on the second floor and both have a private bath. Half bath on the first floor for convenience. Nice views of the wetlands. Call today to book!

Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive 100% of refund of all monies minus $ 39 Processing Fee and Any Credit Card Convenience Fees Paid. If less then 30 days: the advanced rent is only refundable subject to the following: The property is re-rented for the same period. Re-rental of less than a full week will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. The Agent will retain a $39.00 processing charge and any convenience fees charged. *Deposits are not refunded for ANY reason (including bad weather).

Nice stay as usual

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We find this place perfect for our needs. We are a family of 4 and need a place with 2 full baths and 2 bedrooms. This place is kept very neat and the owner is thoughtful and organized as she leaves notes of instructions.

Wonderful stay

This townhouse was perfect for my family. We absolutely enjoyed the sunroom enjoyed the morning’s listening to the birds and kept dry when a storm came in.

Perfect Condo Vacation

This property was perfect for us. It was clean, nicely decorated, more than enough kitchen supplies, and within walking distance of town. The sunroom was really cute but extremely warm. My son was comfortable sitting out there with the fan on though and made use of the room. The location also was close to Tom's Cove Campground where our other son and his wife were camping, so it was easy to get together with them too.

Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect.Clean + cozy! We loved the sunroom, so we got to utilize that everyday since our stay wasn't too hot. The pullout couch and rollaway bed weren't too comfy, but we managed. Will definitely stay here again.

Fun Family Time

Good location and and well supplied with essentials. Lovely Sunroom was very nice in the morning and night but unbearable during the day. Our family had a great time, as we always do in Chincoteague, even with the cancelled Pony events!

Only disappointment was we couldn't use the porch in the 95+ degree heat.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: With COVID, were not allowed to check in earlier as have done in the past , siting it was due to extra cleaning efforts.. I can attest that NO additional cleaning was done. Shower wall soap scum was visible and air vents fuzzy. Can’t see that EXTRA cleaning was done.

Home away from Home

My family stayed here last year and really enjoy this place. we would definitely be interested in buying if available. The only issue this year was bathroom wasn't very clean and trash piled on top of outside garbage (by previous tenant) can got ripped open overnight. But realtor took care of it.
