Good stay, would be nice if there was a map to the property as it was confusing at first. Clean place great little spot at beach. Only one small hot tub that closes at 10 for all those hot tub fans as an fyi.

Lots of room in this compact condo. Kitchen well stocked with cooking tools. Great water pressure. Queen beds were all SO comfy!! Nice proximity to beach. All pools were AWESOME!! Clean! Laundry area was easily accessible with updated washers and dryers. All staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We saw security patroling property regularly. Great place!! Would definitely stay again.

Party of seven, two adults, two nearly adults, and three 14 and under. Bed space worked out great, but that many bodies made for a pretty cozy living area. The kitchen was set up nicely and we didn’t miss anything. Overall we loved everything about the place. It was very clean with all the amenities. No beach view, but a short walk to the beach was a nice consolation. The multiple pools provided a great option since the Gulf was still a bit chilly. Great host answered all my questions. Only minor problem we encountered was the arrival instructions were a bit confusing regarding the required forms. Overall we can certainly recommend this room/host.

Property was as shown in photos except for the size was smaller than depicted. Room post says sleeps 6 which it does but there is not seating for 4 much less 6.Flooring was coming up in several places, living room ceiling fan worked but was very unstable so we did not use. Ice machine was fixed to not make ice so be prepared and bring your own ice because it's 8 a bag downstairs. Room was clean but don't look close at certain areas. Bathrooms were very dated with cracked sinks and tubs. Primary bath was ridiculously small. If you are renting to stay at the beach all day this is a good choice. If you plan to hang out in the room you might want to keep searching.

Thanks for staying with us! There is a combination living room/dining area. In addition to the reclining sofa there is a table and 4 chairs plus a bar and 4 stools. This provides seating for 6-7 people comfortably. There are ice trays in the condo for guests to use. Thanks again!

Great family getaway

We had never been to Alabama beaches and this was a great first impression. Aside from being a bit of a drive from many of the more talked about restaurants, this condo was perfect for our family. Great space, short walk to the beach, and the pools were a nice little escape for our kids when the beach (sand) got to be too much.

Wonderful Stay

We went here for my daughter‘s ninth birthday. We had a wonderful time and loved that it was not overly crowded. With it being spring break you never know how busy it’s going to be. I loved not having to wake up early just to get a spot on the beach. We will definitely be returning.

We had a blast!

The property and unit were quite nice. There's plenty of room for a family of 4 with all the amenities you can handle. We will certainly be adding this to our list recurring trips to the beach ⛱️

Beach vacation

Checkin process was easy! Condo was clean, was smaller than anticipated, but worked out perfectly for us. The grounds are clean, it is a short walk to the pools and beach. Very nice!

Spring break family trip

The location of the property was ideal-close to the pools and beach. It was very clean as were the laundry units for the floor. The property manager, Jackie, was extremely attentive and responded immediately to any questions or concerns. We would definitely stay here again!!

Starting with good things: great location, excellent beach front. Grounds of property are nice and well kept. Nice pools. Workout room was small and not very clean with broken and dated equipment. The room itself was not very clean. It had been surface cleaned, but there was mold in both bathrooms, in many different areas in the floor and the baseboards. Fixtures don’t function well-
