Great 4th of July weekend

Starting with good things: great location, excellent beach front. Grounds of property are nice and well kept. Nice pools. Workout room was small and not very clean with broken and dated equipment. The room itself was not very clean. It had been surface cleaned, but there was mold in both bathrooms, in many different areas in the floor and the baseboards. Fixtures don’t function well-

Wonderful Stay

We went here for my daughter‘s ninth birthday. We had a wonderful time and loved that it was not overly crowded. With it being spring break you never know how busy it’s going to be. I loved not having to wake up early just to get a spot on the beach. We will definitely be returning.

Great family getaway

We had never been to Alabama beaches and this was a great first impression. Aside from being a bit of a drive from many of the more talked about restaurants, this condo was perfect for our family. Great space, short walk to the beach, and the pools were a nice little escape for our kids when the beach (sand) got to be too much.

Beach vacation

Checkin process was easy! Condo was clean, was smaller than anticipated, but worked out perfectly for us. The grounds are clean, it is a short walk to the pools and beach. Very nice!

We had a blast!

The property and unit were quite nice. There's plenty of room for a family of 4 with all the amenities you can handle. We will certainly be adding this to our list recurring trips to the beach ⛱️

Spring break family trip

The location of the property was ideal-close to the pools and beach. It was very clean as were the laundry units for the floor. The property manager, Jackie, was extremely attentive and responded immediately to any questions or concerns. We would definitely stay here again!!

Nice condo but could use knives for cutting steak, etc, lights were burnt out needing replacing. Clutter of decor on breakfast counter useless and took up space needed to have meals

Peace and quiet

This place was great for our family a short walk to the beach without all the crowds. Several pools to choose from,volleyball court and hot tub. The property manager was great and easy to get a hold off with any problem. We will be back!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental is exactly as described. The pictures are quite accurate. It has a small/ tidy kitchen but the rest of the place was roomy enough for 7.Very clean and Jackie was great to work with. We had an issue with the shower upon arrival and she had maintenance fix it the following day! Thank you!There is direct access to the beach via boardwalk and we had 2 pools, sand volleyball and hot tub right outside our unit.Access to the indoor pool with the provided key card on site. But the card did not give us access to the exercise room. Great beach location. 25 minute drive from the hustle and bustle of all the restaurants, shops, and stores.

Relaxing

Overall the place was great! I would recommend a master bedroom have a mattress that doesnt dip in the middle...became uncomfortable after a night or two. Always have loved this area. Look forward to next year!

Great place to stay. Fit seven of us comfortably. Walk to beach. Nice swimming pools. We had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our stay comfortably. Condo is clean and cute. Beds cozy. Recommend. Thanks for having us!
