Welcome to Fairway Villas #410. Who says you can't have it all? Staying at this Fairway Villas unit is like having your cake and eating it too!

Brand new owners with brand new décor and many upgrades. Just check out the pictures and you will see just how comfortable you will be during your stay. This beautiful three bedroom, three bath townhouse will sleep 8 comfortably. First Master bedroom on the main level with king bed and en-suite bath featuring a tub/shower combination with jets.

Two additional bedrooms are located upstairs - one considered as an upstairs master with a king bed, sitting area and en-suite bath with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two queen beds, beautiful high ceilings and a television.

A fully stocked kitchen awaits those that prefer to dine in. Dine while enjoying the great views of the Sea Palms golf course.

Located on the Sea Palms Golf Course within walking distance to the Sago restaurant at the clubhouse. You will be a short drive to some of the islands best eateries. Bennie's Red Barn, Brogen's North, La Plancha, Sal's Pizza, Delaney's Bistro, Cafe Frederica and others. A quick trip to the north end of the island will get you to the Hampton River Marina and The King and Prince Golf Course. Head south about 4 miles and you'll be enjoying the beaches or the pier/village area. When you are not out exploring the island your condo is the perfect place to relax and recharge your batteries. There is no better place to decompress and get on "island time".

• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (8 persons).
• One (1) small well behaved dog allowed with a $100 non-refundable pet fee.
• One dedicated parking space for unit 410, additional cars may park in visitor spaces
• Approximately 10 minute drive to public access beaches and the pier/village area

Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 4 TVs with this property.
• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided
• Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.
• Gas grill on patio

Loved our stay here

We stayed for a wedding and everything was very nice. We especially loved the stream behind the house overlooking the golf course.

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful golf course side house. It was even better than we had expected. The kitchen and bedrooms were amazing and the location could not have been better.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although we loved the location, size and set up of the rooms at this condo the upstairs rooms were uncomfortably warm and the stay was further tainted by the evidence of a mouse. It was seen upstairs and unfortunately droppings were found in the living room. This made the home feel less than clean and maintained and has affected my view of the condo, not the overall complex.

Very nice condo on first hole of Sea Palms golf course

This condo was perfect for four old guys on a friends’ golf trip. The place was clean and the beds comfortable. We didn’t cook in, but the kitchen was well-equipped to do so. No complaints. Recommended.

As Advertised! Great Weekend Stay

Very nice 3 bedroom home. Very clean with comfortable beds. Max occupancy is 8, which is fine, but the dining table only has 4 chairs and small table. If you enjoy meals together, which we do, a larger table w/chairs would be nice. There's plenty of room to do that.

Great stay on St Simons Island

Fairway Villas 410 was awesome. Very clean and spacious. The condo had everything you needed. We stayed for the week. There were seven in our group. The bedrooms were spacious and each one had their own bathroom. The golf course and back deck views were wonderful. The beach was about a 15 Minute drive but we were able to see the island and enjoy the restaurants. Highly recommend Crab Daddy's 😊 we loved St Simons Island and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

The neighbor was extremely nice. I bought her a gift before leaving.The view upon entering is breathtaking.All you see is golfers doing what they love most!! It made me look forward to retirement. The entire condo was spotless. The decor made us feel so at home. The kitchen was very spacious and all the bedrooms had a balcony with large comfy beds!!! There is so much natural light and the structure of the windows was a sight to see.i really hate we had to leave. We had everything we needed and so much more. The Real Escape co.treated us with such dignity and they were very hospitable. I can't satvthat enough. You won't be disappointed!!

Attended a conference on Sea Island which was a quick 10 minute drive. About 15 minutes to the public beach and pier. The area is perfect for pups and going on walks in the neighborhood. It was so nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom. There was not one thing that we needed that was not provided. The view was beautiful through the large windows. We also enjoyed sitting on the shaded deck in the early morning and evenings. It was a very quiet area and we love the location. You feel tucked away on the golf course but you are very close to a grocery store and shopping. It was just a short drive to the beach each day. We also enjoyed playing golf at Sea Palms, eating at local restaurants, and renting electric bikes. We visited Fort Frederica and Christ Church. The bike paths were wonderful! I would definitely recommend this rental to family and friends. Easy check in and checK out. We are already looking forward to next year!

Everything well stocked, comfortable beds, nice decor, plenty of space, large rooms, and nice furniture. We loved the windows, wonderful views of the golf course, nice deck to enjoy the peaceful setting. Only negative for us was the 15 minute drive to village or beach, but SSI is so beautiful, and weather was wonderful this year. We had a small problem in the villa and the realtors came right away on a Saturday to help us! We will rent again from them if we return next year.
