This beautiful ground floor condo has undergone a COMPLETE REMODEL!
The beautiful remodel features Quartzite counters. All new cabinets, Kitchen Aid stainless steel oven and dishwasher, along with a Café refrigerator. Beautiful new tile flooring, all new furniture, and furnishings.

Perched on the bluff 200 feet above sea level, overlooking the the beautiful ocean and Bali Hai mountain views! It has a comfortable lanai with a Charbroil electric grill & captures the beauty of Kauai's North shore in all of its splendor.
The views from the condo are spectacular!
And a paved foot path outside the unit leads to a private beach great for snorkeling and viewing spectacular views of Hanalei Bay and Bali Hai. Fine restaurants, golf, hiking. surfing, swimming. boating, snorkeling, and many other recreational activities are just minutes away. Wireless internet.
Pali Ke Kua, one of Princeville’s premier resorts, is located on the ocean bluff overlooking Hideaways Beach, Hanalei Bay and the famous Bali Hai. The resort has amazing ocean and Bali Hai views.

Pali Ke Kua Resort has a completely renovated pool area that is gorgeous! The new pool and jacuzzi are both very large with plenty of areas to relax and sunbathe or enjoy some shade.

Pali Ke Kua has a private, paved path down to Hideaways Beach. This section of Hideaways Beach is difficult to access except by this path and is therefore fairly secluded. It’s is known for incredible swimming, surfing and is considered to be one of the best snorkeling spots in Hawaii, please be advised there is no Life Guard on Duty, winter swells are for experienced surfers only!

Onsite Restaurant - Hideaways Pizza Pub. You will enjoy the convenience of Pali Ke Kua’s onsite restaurant, Hideaways Pizza Pub. The fully renovated restaurant has a great atmosphere. Great views with an expanse of large windows overlooking the newly renovated pool area, Hideaways Pizza Pub has become a favorite of locals and visitors. The food reviews are very positive. Our guests enjoy the great pizza, wonderful salads (try the kale), really good selection of beers and large screen TV or you can enjoy take out. The staff is friendly and the service is typically pretty quick.

Pali Ke Kua Resort is located in the heart of Princeville, Hawaii, close to the 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay, Princeville Center, Hanalei, Makai Golf Club, shopping, dining and many amazing beaches.

The condo is also walking distance to the 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay, shop’s, restaurants, and beach access.
Accommodation includes, wireless internet, washer/dryer, dishwasher, blender, Keurig coffee maker, 12 cup coffee maker, Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, and beach umbrella, .a great place to stay!

The condo features a Charbroil electric BBQ for you to enjoy cooking on the lanai, and If you are adventurous there is a charcoal BBQ grill at the end of the paved path to the beach for guests to BBQ, but bring all your own supplies!
As with most homes on Kauai, this vacation rental is not air conditioned, however there are fans in each room and screen door on the lanai to help with airflow throughout the condo.

We loved this condo. The view was breathtaking and the home is very comfortable and newly remodeled. We frequent Maui and love it but didn’t realize what we were missing on Kaui. We will add this to our trip every time going forward.

Fantastic View Close to Hanalei

Just spent a wonderful few days in Kauai. The property was as described, clean and well stocked.True, we dined out all meals except a few breakfasts. The owners did a great job updating their condo. It felt very fresh. Never turned the TV on so can`t tell. Internet was fast and reliable. Lori was great to communicate with before and during the visit.Very accommodating. Since everyone is looking for more tips about location - here it is: close to Hanalei with great restaurants and bakery. We arrived very late, so we had to run by Safeway, opened 24/7 (short detour). Local grocery market - Foodland (5 min drive from the property) is well stocked and closes at 9 pm. We`ve never visited the pool or pizza place on the property. Ended up driving to beaches on the east, south, and west sides to make sure we were not rained on few times an hour. nothing life-changing - just needed to make the best use of sunny weather before the long winter in Montana.

Great stay!

We loved this condo! The nenes stroll by twice a day, the kitchen was great and the bed and pillows were quite comfortable. Our only complaint was that the tv did not work. The book said to call Spectrum, but it just went to a constant busy signal. We think maybe the box had burned out, but was saying it wasn’t hooked up to HDMI1 even though it was. Other than that, the condo was fabulous!

The home is very nicely updated and conveniently provides every amenity you could need (beach gear and towels, a well-stocked kitchen, and a comfy bed!). Although there is no AC, we barely noticed; the breeze and the fans did a great job of keeping us cool. The view from the porch is lovely and we enjoyed watching the sunset every evening. Highly recommend and we'd love to return!

Nice, modern, immaculately clean condo w/ a lovely view of "Bali Hai!"

Very recently updated condo w/ new kitchen including cabinets, excellent appliances, lots of kitchen equipment/supplies. Excellent living room and bedroom updates including very comfy king bed. Beautiful bathroom updates. New flooring throughout is very attractive. Overall, our stay was wonderful with the new updates we appreciated, very clean environment, outstanding view and proximity to Kauai beauty! Two negatives: The new kitchen chairs were very uncomfortable and would prefer the table and chairs to be regular height, not tall please. I know this is personal preference, but we did not like the two new LR and BR black walls; not our idea of beauty and peace. But we certainly understand we do not own this lovely condo!

Also, my favorite beach on Kauai, Hideaways Beach, is walkable around the point from the beach at the bottom of the concrete path just to the right of this unit. This condo at Pali Ke Kua has been recently remodeled and is very updated as if brand new. This is the best condo that I saw while on the island for two people. The rate is a little more than some of the others however it is worth it Very clean.

Even the beach chairs and beach towels were new! Literally everything is brand new and made it feel very luxurious.Of course we’ll come back a third time, God willing! Thank you Lori and team for always an amazing stay!

Beautiful new remodel

The unit was completely remodeled. All new state-of-the-art appliances. Very modern design featuring black and white with a pop of teal throughout. Wi-fi and Smart TV was excellent. Bedding is the most important to me- all new quality bedding that provided the best night’s sleep. New upscale dishes, pots, pans and very nice sharp knives for cooking. We always enjoy Pali Ke Kua for location and views-but what a treat to have a newly remodeled unit. Our manager, Lori, was outstanding with her communication and availability. Mahalo

Perfect for our Anniversary trip

We loved this place. Amazing view! Had everything we needed. It was so quiet and peaceful. We loved the hike down to the beach and the short drive to Hanalei Bay. We would love to come back some day.

Princeville stay in Kauai

We had an amazing time in the Princeville area, partly due to the condo we were staying in. It was just as advertised in both the pictures and description. Amazing views, from the living room, dining area and kitchen. Condo was perfectly located for traveling around the North side of the island. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Location

We really loved the location (short drive to Hanalei) and the view overlooking the ocean. The VRBO was clean and well stocked with beach gear and kitchen supplies. The hosts were very responsive and kind. The only note is that it is a 1st floor unit with a unit above. There were jumping/running/yelling kid guests above us, and they could be heard in this VRBO. These guests were respectful of the quiet hours, and we chose to travel around Kauai rather than stay in the VRBO during the daytime. It's still a really great VRBO, and a better deal than the One resort hotel just steps down the road.

We would come back!

We loved our stay at Pali Ke Kua 110! I'm so happy we decided to go down the private path to the beach for residents only! What a lovely surprise! It is filled with black rock and it's just private and lovely. It's a little steep but nothing we couldn't handle carrying beach chairs (provided by the hosts) and our day backpacks! We loved watching the sunset on the lanai and the lounge chair was perfect for reading/tanning. It was something I didn't realize we needed/loved until we spent evenings doing so! It was our first trip to Kauai and loved everything about the location. About a 10min drive to Hanalei town!

The bed is very comfortable. The only negatives were my husband and I felt the kitchen was not very well stocked with glasses, mugs, etc. and the beach towels are small and flimsy. Also, we did not have functioning washing machine. We were notified the day before arriving that it was broken and another was ordered. We know sometimes these things cannot be helped.
