The ground-level indoor/outdoor entertainment space features a stylish bar area with 8-foot sliding glass doors opening to a private stone patio, complete with a lush tropical pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, gas grill, and waterfall feature—your own personal oasis.

The second level is dedicated to comfort and rest. A cozy living room with a sectional sleeper sofa and flat-screen TV provides a quiet space to unwind. The master suite features a king bed, a sitting area, a private balcony, dual walk-in closets, and a spa-inspired en-suite bath with a soaking tub and separate tiled shower. Two additional guest suites each include private bathrooms—one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds, perfect for families or friends traveling together. A full laundry room with a large-capacity washer and dryer is also on this level. Upstairs, the third floor offers stunning partial Gulf views from two oversized balconies.
