Other things to note
For a nominal fee of $50, consider bringing your pets along to join in the vacation fun (limit 1). Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Lint rollers are provided to effortlessly combat shedding, and a kennel ensures their safety when you're out exploring. To maintain the pristine condition of our home, kindly refrain from leaving pets unattended and resist the temptation of furniture. With a lush new yard, designated areas are available for your pets' needs, so you can cherish a pristine outdoor space throughout your stay.
House Rules: Minimum age for renters is 25. No parties or events of any kind are allowed. NO SMOKING is allowed on the property. No unregistered guests are allowed. If you need to add a guest please feel free to contact us. Please do not eat or drink in the bedrooms. Please keep outdoor noise levels to a minimum and observe quiet time from the hours of 10:00pm-8:00am. Please respect the checkin-checkout times. Please take care of your keys any lost key will incur a replacement fee. Please do not rearrange the furniture in the house. Trash bins are on the ally side of the driveway and are labeled trash or recycling. No illegal substances of any kind are allowed on the premise.
