Green Reef 11 June 6-13 Now Available!

While other guests share the beach with hundreds of tourists, you will enjoy the luxury of your own private beach. Green Reef is more than a 'unit', it is a private home specially furnished and equipped for the ultimate vacation experience.

Awesome views of the sugar white sands, emerald green waters and gorgeous sunsets are only a few of the natural amenities offered at Green Reef.

Upon entering, you will find a beautifully decorated, spacious home with a large living area, kitchen, 1/2 bathroom and separate Florida room which opens onto the second deck with a table and chairs. The perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee and evening sunsets. Florida room has large picture windows to ensure that you never miss a moment of the beautiful scenic views.

There are four televisions with a Premium Cox cable package of HBO, Showtime, Starz, Movie Channel, and Cinemax. There is also a movie library with over 30 movies to choose from.

Upstairs, the large, stylish, master suite has a King size bed, walk in closet, full bath, hot tub/jacuzzi and a private deck which overlooks the beach.

The second bedroom has a King bed and a private bath. The living room and Florida Room both provide additional beds so that the unit comfortably sleeps up to 8 people.

As fabulous as it is on the inside, the large beach level deck is where you will want to spend most of your time. Equipped with two large tables and 12 chairs for dining, chaise lounges for reclining and soaking up the sun, a gas grill for cooking up hamburgers, hot dogs and fresh fish, and is perfect for entertaining your family and friends. For your convenience, there are 3 beach umbrellas, 6 beach chairs and various skim and body boards for your enjoyment.

The beach level includes a living area with king bedroom, bunk room, full bath and full kitchen, equipped with all amenities. The area opens onto a large beach level deck with gas grill, lounge chairs and table seating for 12. Great for entertaining!
Complimentary Beach Service provided. 1 umbrella and 2 chairs set up for you each day. There are extra chairs and umbrellas on the lower deck that you can use as well.

Great Family Property!

Our family of 6 had a great time on this property! Very clean and private beach access was incredible! Even had chair service each day. Communication was great and we would definitely come back. Thanks for a great time!

Great location

Had a really good stay here. Very good location right on the beach. Property was clean but could use some updating. Bedrooms down on lower level are small but they worked. Communication was easy and owner responded quickly.

“A little slice of heaven”

Great communications prior to check in, clean and ready, follow up communication while there…what else could you ask for…..oh yeah, a wonderful view & multiple deck levels to enjoy it from, 50 steps from the private beach, chairs and umbrella ready and waiting. Renting a golf cart while there was a plus! For running to grocery, for ice cream, to dinner….Just book it!! You won’t be sorry!!

Private Beach

We have been absolutely spoiled and will not be able to stay anywhere other than the private beach! The host Anthony was AMAZING!! A host can make it or break it for you and he gets a 15/10. I would stay here again!

Great Place to Stay

The townhome was in the perfect “ location. We loved the private beach area. The townhome had everything we needed. The owner was very helpful and fast to respond. There are plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas to use. The outside area was amazing! The inside was clean and perfect for what we needed. Thanks for a great stay! I would recommend this townhome.

Wonderful!

We had a fantastic stay at Green Reef 11. The space is laid out wonderfully with 2 full kitchens and a 2 separate living spaces. It was clean and had basically everything you could possibly need. The location is right on the beach which was beautiful- multiple restaurants are walkable making it even more convenient! Anthony was incredibly welcoming and communicative- We're hoping to book a repeat visit soon!

Perfect vacation!

Everything about this place was amazing! The beach was not crowded since it's private. We really enjoyed the multiple decks, especially in the mornings. Plenty of space for our family of 8. Communication with the owner was better than I've ever encountered. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Highly recommend this property, and we'll definitely be back again and again!!!

Great House and Location!

If you are looking for a really nice house on a private beach, look no further. The house has everything you need and more. The decks and views are amazing. Access to be beach could not be better. On top of that, the beach is private to the townhomes in that unit so you do not have to worry about getting to the beach early to beat the crowds. There was a security guard that walked the beach once or twice a day and made sure people who were on the beach were staying at one of the properties. If they were not, we would ask them to leave. Overall the stay was awesome and we will not hesitate to come back again. Anthony and Lisa were great to work with and answered any questions we had promptly - before and during the trip. Highly recommend.

Perfect Vacation Rental

We had a wonderful time at Green Reef 11. Our party had 8 adults and 2 children. There was more than enough room to accommodate our large family. We spent the majority of our time on the private beach. I was skeptical about this at first, thinking that it would still be crowded. I was wrong! We had our own private spot in front of our condo and we were pleased to find that no one was allowed to set up on our beach area from other surrounding condos. We will never be able to go back to renting a place that only has public beach access. This was a MAJOR perk of our trip. Restaurants were close by and the condo was well stocked with everything we needed. Lisa was awesome to deal with! We will definitely recommend Green Reef to friends and family, and we will be back!

Can't beat beach front

Clean, nice condo. Room enough to handle several families & 3 bedrooms have a king size bed. Very well supplied with necessities like toilet paper, paper towels, salt/pepper, basic seasonings, condiments, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, etc. The A/C does great, especially downstairs & enough hot showers for all. There's always going to be something negative but location overrides it. Now for the location, it's awesome & so very convenient especially if you forgot something while at the beach. The house had 3 umbrellas, several beach chairs, boogie boards, sup board, and beach toys you could use too. Also, the beach was a private beach so no overcrowding and fighting for space at the beach. Would definitely consider going back.

Beautiful Home & Views!

Nothing beats being right on the beach and enjoying it as your leisure without breaking the bank. The owner was very attentive and hospitable. The home is very spacious, clean, and close to shopping centers and other venues. We will book again! Thank you!!!

Amazing Condo for families with small children

My husband, daughter, son in law, son, and daughter in law, as well as 4 grandchildren 3 and under spent a week at this awesome condo. Perfect for grandparents, kids, and grandchildren. Two portacribs are already in unit. No reason to rent cribs. Safe place for active toddlers. Many beach toys and boards available for use. Also 5 beaxh towels in unit, no reason to pack them. By far pur perfect condo in Destin.

Paradise is calling!!!!

We have been going down to Destin for the past 5 years. We have always stayed at Green Reef Properties. This one is now top on our list. The unit was well stocked and equipped with everything you will need for your stay. This has been an issue for us in the past with other units. We were delighted to see that it had everything we needed to cook big dinners for the family or BBQ out on the amazing lower deck. Everything was clean and we were able to settle right in. That's a huge plus after a long day of travel with children. There was plenty of space for the family to spread out and everyone slept comfortable. We had We had 5 adults and 3 children on this stay. Its big enough and with the downstairs bedrooms, everyone has a place to relax and enjoy the vacation. The "master bedroom" upstairs had a huge jacuzzi style tub which is hard to find these days. We found that to be a big perk with wrangling the children at tub time. The sun room on the main floor was the area we hung out the most. Lets face it-it RAINS in Florida. This was a great spot to sit back with a book and wait out the rain, all while looking out over the amazing private beach. Lets talk about that beach!! You cannot beat the location. You are truly in a little slice of paradise. No crowds and the spot right outside your place is always there for the taking. The ability to enjoy the beach while being steps from your back deck is priceless. The location to shopping and attractions for the whole family is perfect. You are minutes from grocery stores and places to go when the weather doesn't behave. Although, it does not feel that way at all. You can walk and grab a bite at some near by restaurants that are fantastic. Kenny D's is less than a 5 minute walk. I can't recommend this place enough. Just don't take the days I want for our next family trip. Anthony and Lisa(Owners) are amazing people and truly care about how your stay is going. I never had anyone reach out and see how the stay was going and if we needed anything. I got that call from Anthony. That goes a long way these days. Enjoy your vacation, you will not regret it! Don't forget the sunscreen!

Fabulous stay!

Our family of 9 ranging in age from 7 to 60's had a fabulous stay! We had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and being able to walk right onto the beach was priceless! The owner checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

We will go back - one week isn’t enough

Beach is absolutely beautiful! Beds are very comfortable. Central air worked flawlessly to keep all 3 levels very very comfortable. We noticed the water filter on the fridge needed to be replaced. One call to Lisa and she had the kindest maintenance man - Leonard - there very quickly to replace it. The owner called mid-week to make sure that we didn't need anything else and that we were enjoying our stay. I almost forgot…the property is located close enough to grocery stores, restaurants, and Starbucks but not too close. Wonderful vacation!

Amazing view and location

Destination Wedding - perfect beachfront location

Green Reef unit 11 in Destin FL was perfect for our beach wedding in March 2021. We loved it. Anthony was incredibly great to work with and checked in on us to make sure we had all we needed throughout the week. We had a very small beach wedding and this location was perfect for it. The home meet our needs and housed six of us for the week. The beach is literally your back yard. The views are amazing. The direct private beach access from the home was perfect for our wedding location and easy for our vendor to setup on the beach. The lower level beach deck was a great venue for our rehearsal dinner for 13 people. The location of the townhome was within walking distance to several restaurants which was also ideal. Parking was adequate for four cars in front of the townhome and public parking for a fee directly across the street. We enjoyed our week at Green Reef Unit 11 and will never forget the memories made. Thank you Anthony for your hospitality. We hope to visit again soon.

Misleading

Property was not as nice as we hoped based on pictures and all of the amenities that were mentioned. Property really needs a deep and thorough cleaning inside and out including the bottom deck. Outside tables need to be replaced or painted they are really dirty. Grill cover is in shreds and just about all of the beach toys/boards etc are broken and need to be thrown away. Property mentioned it came with umbrellas so we did not bring ours. There were three.....and all were broken! There were also numerous deck banisters that have came loose and need to be repaired before a child falls thru. We had three or four issues that we reported and they were addressed quickly and repaired which we appreciated. But there other issues that we didn't bother with such as only one side of toaster working, microwave oven fan sounded like a lawnmower etc. We won't be back. We felt like we spent a lot of money and was mislead. We loved the area and convenience of walking right out to the beach but were very disappointed with this property.

Great Vacation

This is our second time staying in Destin. It's such a great place to vacation. We love the beach so having a house within steps to the beach is the best. The house had everything we needed for our trip and the manager was always available if we needed anything.

Great experience/location

We stayed at the green reef #11 for 2 weeks. Anthony was an amazing host owner who provided us with every amenity we needed. The location is awesome. We were literally on the beach. We will definitely come back.
